The host Desiree was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive! The pool was warm and the view was beautiful with a perfect direction for gorgeous sunsets.

Beautiful outside view of the canal. Two secondary BR's each with 2 king beds, so can sleep 10 if you like to share. Only 2 full baths which could be challenging for a large group. Overall, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Amazing trip!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The house was clean, the view was amazing and the walk to the beach was short. Communication with host was quick. I would stay here again!

Great Vacation!

Very nice property. Lots of room and very well maintained. The pool was wonderful. Easy access to lots of restaurants in walking distance. Beaches were close.

Great property!

We loved staying at this lovely house. It was better than advertised! We had access to numerous beach chairs and equipment, there were plenty of towels (beach and bath), the view was beautiful, and the house was very clean. We loved staying here. The host responded very quickly and was lovely to be in contact with. Would definitely recommend this house to others!

Great place to stay

We had a great time at this house. Its in a nice quite neighborhood right on the intracoastal. Desiree was great host and quickly answered any questions in a timely manner. Nice pool and jacuzzi and you can catch fish right in the back. Great for really anyone from family gatherings to a guys weekend. House has plenty of towels. Beds are comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Serenity

Our stay at the Intra Coastal Royale was fabulous thanks to the stunning accommodations and the kindness of the host and owner. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated! All the extra touches and upgrades added to the luxury of this home. The house was very bright and spacious and accommodated two families perfectly. This home allowed us to experience Florida at its best! As soon as we walked in the front door, we were stunned by the views of the intracoastal waterway. We spent most of our time in the backyard - watching the boats go by, spotting manatees in the water, fishing, swimming in the pool, eating, and watching TV outside by the firepit table. When exploring the area, it was just a ten minute walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach or to the ocean inlet where we could fish or board the water taxi to cruise or stop at restaurants on the water. We also strolled down the beach to the Pompano Beach Pier area to visit restaurants, stores, and popular beaches. Desiree, the hostess, was so friendly and quickly responded to any questions or messages. Check in was a breeze. Both Desiree and the owner, Joe, made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. They even set up a beautiful Christmas tree and delivered a special treat since we were celebrating Christmas during our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation! Staying at your home brought back so many happy memories of growing up on the water in Fort Lauderdale. We will definitely book again.

Hosting Theresa and her beautiful family was an absolute delight! They were the epitome of five-star guests—warm, respectful, and with impeccable communication from start to finish. They treated our home as if it were their own, leaving everything spotless and cared for. It’s clear they are a loving, close-knit family who brought such positive energy to their stay. I would welcome them back in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to any host lucky enough to have them!
