Bienvenue à la Villa Soledad. Situé dans une propriété de 2200 mètres carrés, dans la belle communauté appelée Lagos del Coyol. Très proche des communautés de La Garita et Atenas.

La maison est sur un étage, dispose de 3 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bains. Capacité d'accueil 8 personnes.

Les jardins sont magnifiques, le ranch est l’espace idéal pour se détendre, passer un après-midi de détente et se divertir en famille ou entre amis.

Il a un beau ranch, une piscine et un mini terrain de football synthétique. Regardez la galerie de photos et appréciez pourquoi nous sommes tombés amoureux de la Villa Soledad.

La cuisine est équipée pour qu'ils puissent préparer leurs plats préférés. Il dispose d'un réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable. Il a également un bar et nous avons une table pour 6 personnes.

La maison dispose d'un accès Internet haut débit, ce qui permet aux clients de rester en contact avec leur famille ou d'effectuer certaines tâches tout en profitant de leurs vacances. Il dispose également de la télévision par satellite, avec de nombreuses chaînes de divertissement, sur les deux écrans disponibles.

Les chambres sont confortables et ont une avec un lit queen et les autres avec des lits doubles. Nous avons également un canapé-lit disponible qui peut être utilisé si nécessaire.

Que diriez-vous de faire un barbecue sur le gril à gaz dans la région du ranch? Nous avons à votre disposition un barbecue à gaz, où vous pourrez préparer vos plats grillés préférés.

Vous devrez profiter de la piscine, où vous pourrez passer de grands moments et prendre un bain de soleil. Dans cette région de la Garita, le soleil est magnifique.

La région de La Garita jouit d'un emplacement privilégié. Elle se trouve à proximité de toutes les merveilles du Costa Rica, telles que les forêts tropicales, les cascades, les volcans, l'océan Pacifique, les fermes à papillons, les plantations de café, etc. C'est une zone sûre avec de nombreux restaurants qui offrent des prix Tico. Il est également très proche de la région d'Atenas, qui a été nommée par le National Geographic pour avoir le meilleur climat au monde.

We loved our stay Perfect house for families. Nice swimming pool and amenities. Kitchen has everything for cooking . The Rancho withe the BBQ and pool table was really great for the evenings! Nice neighborhood quiet at night except the occasional barking dogs, but that is out of anyone control ! Would recommend the property for a vacation with family to just relax

Family vacation

We loved the location of the home and felt safe in the neighborhood. Our kids loved the property and were never bored, due to the amazing pool, pool table, and soccer field. It was a fabulous place and we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

A Little Piece of Paradise

It was a great central location for us wanting to do things up north as well as in San Jose, but feel like we were away from things. The ground are very well kept, and the owners are super nice.

Gorgeous house and property!!

Peaceful & Recharging

This was our second stay at this property. It fits our family needs perfectly and is such a beautiful location. It would be great to see the kitchen faucet updated and a full set of pots and pans but otherwise we love the area and great communication with the owner and property manager. We look forward to returning next year!

Fun Times...

This was just the right property for our family of 6. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Victor was a great host and very helpful with information about activities and transportation. The pool, soccer field and trampoline were a hit with the kids. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. When traveling back to this part of CR we would look to stay here first.

Absolutely perfect

We rented this property while we wanted to visit Alajuela, San Jose and Poas/La Paz. It was a short drive to all these locations (less than 1h) so this house was perfect. It was a bit big for us as we were only 2 but the location was great. It is in a small, quiet neighborhood and there’s a market with everything you may need just down the road. It’s also close to ‘La Fiesta del Maiz’ which has great local food options for a really cheap price. If we were to go back in this area, we would probably rent this property again.

An amazing location!

My family stayed at this beautiful home and there’s nothing I could say other than it was completely beautiful! The gardens are perfectly maintained and the house is sparkling clean. It has all the amenities that you need to have a peaceful and worry free vacation. Since we were traveling with 4 children, we found the pool, soccer court and WiFi kept them completely busy. Most of all, I can’t express how wonderful the owner Victor and his wife Judy were...they greeted us at our arrival and gave us a full tour. They made us feel like family! We are already planning our vacation for next year and will be definitely staying here.

Graduation/family vacation

Thank you Victor the property was beautiful and well maintained. The gardener does a great job. We had the house keeper come one day between our stay she moves so fast and does a wonderful job. We didn’t want to rent a car and victor put us in touch with Alex and Raul. They picked us up from the airport and took us anywhere we wanted to go it was cheaper then a taxi and renting a car for the week. We would rent again so peaceful

Happy Vacation at La Garita

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this property. This place was more than we expected, the landscaping was well maintained, the pool was great, the inside of the house was very clean and we had everything that we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The property owner Victor Fernandez assisted us with coordinating transportation from and to the airport which we really appreciated. He was also available to us for any questions. A beautiful paradise away from the city

Check in was great as the host had someone meet us to show us around. From there we felt our privacy (gated property) and relaxation in the beautiful landscaping by pool or patios in the mornings and after a busy day of touring. It was a great location with traditional restaurants within a few miles and a small market on the corner for easy groceries/ snacks. We even one night walked to the corner bar and had a drink:). The kitchen could use some care in organization and supplies but after all, we weren’t really there to cook- but we did make breakfasts each morning in the kitchen and there was a nice, new and clean fridge! Beds were comfortable as well.

Needs some updates

The owner of the property was very good about responding to questions and concerns quickly so that was really nice. Some of the problems we encountered were things that were out of his control for sure but still frustrating. There were a few nights that we were kept awake by numerous barking dogs in the neighborhood. The doors to the outside did not close tightly so we definitely had plenty of bugs/critters in the house. Geckos in particular can be loud which is funny because I never thought of them as being vocal animals. The showers had some issues but the handyman came a few times and managed to get them up and running again. I would recommend to the owner that the house needs some "brightening" and I plan on sending him a private message but overall our trip to Costa Rica was a success.

Almost Paradise

Views and yard were spectactular but there was trouble in paradise. The neighbors dogs barked often and sometimes through the night, their rooster started crowing at 3:00, the showers looked great but water came out of everywhere but the head, thelarge sliding glass door had a gap underneath and tons of bugs came in at night, appliances were old didn't work well.

Exceeds Expectations - Dream Vacation Home

Where do I start? Victor and Judy are gracious hosts with attention to every detail. The house was super clean and tidy, you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. The property itself is breathtaking, you have your very own private piece of Costa Rica. The kitchen and ranch area have everything you could imagine to cook a full course meal. The bathrooms and bedrooms were super nice and comfortable. You don't really need to leave as you have everything there you could need but if you do want to adventure out everything you could want is close by. 15mins from airport, 20mins to San Jose downtown, 1hr to La Paz waterfall, 1hr 20mins to Jaco. I've stayed over 6 times in Costa Rica at various rentals, this by far is paradise!! Muchas gracias to Victor and Judy for making us feel at home and opening your home to me. Pura Vida! Dana

Be open minded

The manager of this property or owner was awesome he did everything to make us feel home and what not. But the property isn't what the pictures project. We ran into more than a few issues that he was willing to deal with but my group was not. I would say if you're just looking to lay your head and go go go then you're fine but if you're looking to lounge at the property and get in the pool and enjoy the garden that didn't happen. Again this is nothing about the owner as he was awesome but this place is a 3 star at best if I am being honest like I wish someone would have been as we read the comments before.

DISAPPOINTMENTS

There were two issues that were not great about the property or stay there. One is that it had many termites and when you had lights on inside the property they were all over the place. Plus many ants inside the house at night. There was a shower problem and the maintenance person came in and fixed it somewhat...the water came out a little better but not great. Outside of those two issues it was a beautiful place and would consider staying there again if these issues were corrected.

Pool, Pool Table, BBQ and Soccer Field what more do you need!

I found it hard to believe all of those amenities were for a single property, but they are! This property is by far the best value I’ve seen in the area and trust me I looked at them all. My wife and I took some of extended family for a short vacation. We live about 30 minutes away and found the property very easy to get to and not far off the main highway. Victor (owner) met us early and showed us around the property. He explained how everything worked and left us to it. Everyone loved being in the pool during the day and playing billiards at night. We had everything we need to cook our meals inside, but for lunches and dinners we cooked on the gas BBQ. The kids used the soccer field which had a ball provided. All the rooms have air conditioning which worked very well. The property is surrounded by a 10-foot wall for added privacy and security. The checkout process was super easy. The cleaner was there by 10AM so we were able to pack up and be on our way, but it wasn’t rushed. Would rent this property again!

3rd Visit to the Home

This was our 3rd visit to the home so we knew exactly what to expect. The owner did mention so upgrades so we were excited to see. While we have always loved this property, this stay was not as amazing as prior years. The washer was broken upon arrival and we were told it would be repaired on 2 different days and it never happened leaving us to wash out clothes in the sink for our week long stay. The listing states an oven and we leaned on Xmas even the oven does not work and to use the small toaster oven (not feasible for a family breakfast) so we attempted to use the grill. We then found it was only half functional and we had to go to town and buy a lighter to even light it. Half of the flames worked. The “upgraded” pillows on the couch had multiple holes in them leaving stuffing all over the place. There was a missing tv remote. The “updated” steps had pieces breaking off exposing screws and creating fall hazards. Generally I would speak with the owner and not list the review but sadly, the owner didn’t even apologize for the issues or try to remedy them…. Extremely disappointing that we loved this property, have stayed multiple times and recommended the place to family, and the owner was so indifferent that multiple items were wrong during our stay. We hope that things are repaired so future renters enjoy their stay more than we did during the week of Christmas.

My New Favorite!

You'll be renting much more than a house. Place is great. House is very nice throughout. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, TV's, wifi, living room and view to the backyard. House itself is very nice, but the property in its entirety is the ultimate fun zone and/or relaxation zone. Room to roam around, great views and a nice breeze. The upper rancho is my favorite spot. Refrigerator, BBQ's, hammock and pool table. Pool area is great as well. The pool stays warm with the natural sunlight and, if ever needed, has a heater. This is important. Make sure the pool you are renting is warm. Pool lights and uplights on the large palm trees are great. Then there's the soccer field. Real cool place to play soccer or even just a great place to chill and look at the massive Guanacaste trees. Whole property is walled and gated with security cameras/monitor/phone which is a nice touch. Seemed like a very safe area, but nice to know it's there. Very important to rent from the right people and the family we rented from couldn't have been nicer. Just great people. 10 star rating for the people. Gracias Victor and family! 5 stars just aren't enough. Easy trip to and from the airport. Easy walk to the store if you need to restock the supplies. Cool property for sure. Much more than a house. Highly recommend and will be returning.

AS I describe in the previous parts. The property is located in a very strategic area , very close from the Airport just 15 minutes away. The climate is one of the best of the Country. Very close from shopping places. One hour and a half away from the beach. 1.5 hours away from the volcanoes.

We can offer at a very reasonable price the service to be picked up at the Airport and delivered when You leave. The same person can take You to excursions any place while You are there, it is a van for twelve people with A. C., this in case You do not want to rent a car.
