Good morning Phillip, So sorry to hear about the low water pressure. I was there a few weeks ago but the water was just fine. The previous owner installed a new water pump to address the issue. Regarding the handicap issue, what exactly are you referring to? Lack of handrail?

Dear Karen, I hope this message finds you well. I must admit, your recent poor review of your short stay at our villa left me quite disheartened. When you began expressing strong dissatisfaction with the "host fees" that VRBO and Airbnb charge to each guest I was initially apprehensive about confirming your booking. I even went as far as suggesting that you reconsider booking our place if you were uncomfortable with these “host fees”. Over the years, we've received countless glowing reviews on VRBO from satisfied guests who have enjoyed their time at our villa and the surrounding area. Our property is professionally managed by one of the top real estate franchises globally, known for its impeccable standards of service and hospitality. Our property manager, Eunice, went above and beyond to ensure your needs were met during your short stay. Regarding the meet and greet protocol, it's not something we typically offer as many guests arrive at varying times, including late at night. However, Eunice did make an effort to check in with you one hour after your arrival, and you assured her that everything was in order. Regarding the amenities provided, we take great care to ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We have 10 beach towels and new kitchen towels in the kitchen, Eunice asked if you needed more towels, but you told her not to bother. Insects such as ants are attracted by the outside lights at night and they are part of Costa Rica's natural ecosystem, they are very hard to control but we have measures in place to mitigate their presence. The property gets sprayed each week by our pest control company. As for pool maintenance, we never dare to ask for guests to be responsible for daily upkeep while on vacation. Eunice is just one call away should a serious problem arise, we have professional pool services that attend to it weekly, and our new automatic water pump filler ensures the water level remains optimal. Regarding the use of glassware, we prioritize guest safety, especially around the pool area, which is why we provide acrylic wine glasses in the kitchen. Lastly, regarding the cows in the vicinity, they are safely contained within an isolated area of the valley, far from the villa, and secured by a low voltage harmless electric fence which is common in many parts of the world.
