(Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full bathroom).* **Media Room**: A versatile space with a full-size sleeper sofa, and a 50" TV.The outdoor living spaces are designed for ultimate relaxation and fun. Enjoy your morning coffee on the main floor's covered deck while taking in the waterfront views. Downstairs, you'll find a spectacular covered entertainment area complete with a full bar, gas grill, 65" TV, and games like corn hole and darts. Just steps away are your private dock with a boat slip, Boat lift is NOT part of rental. A fire pit for evening conversations, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the water.Guests will have private access to the entire home, property, and all its amenities.
