Indoor dining accommodates 8, with 6 stools at the bar, and 6 top dining table on the pool patio. The kitchen is equipped with double oven, extra-large island with 6 burner gas stovetop and 2nd sink, granite countertops, and new knives and cutlery. Primary Bedroom has King bed and the ensuite bath has elegant garden tub, stand shower, and lavatory sink, with additional adjoined lavatory room. 2nd bedroom has King and adjoining shower-tub combo. Third bedroom has two Queen beds and shower-tub combo. Fourth and fifth bedrooms have Queen bed and two single bunk beds respectively. Spend your day lounging on the chaise chairs on the pool deck or boating and floating in the bay. The best part is you'll have an outdoor bar nearby with Komodo grill and later install granite countertops. Boat slip available for renter use. No more than 12 people allowed on property at any given time without owner permission and event fee. Primary renter must be over age 25 and must be present during the entire stay.
