The house has an open floor concept that seamlessly combines the newly remodeled kitchen with the living room and features high ceilings which provides lots of natural light and air flow.

The living room has white leather couches including a 3 seat leather sofa, a love seat, and chair for you to watch your favorite shows, or movies on a large smart flat screen TV or snuggle on the couch with your favorite book!

If you cook, we have a perfect kitchen for you! Fully renovated with new appliances is stocked with all the cookware and utensils you need to make a hearty and delicious meal for you and loved ones. Or grill on the Weber grill outside.

The property has a split bedroom design with the master bedroom on one side of the house with it's newly renovated master bath and the two other bedrooms on the other side of the home with a newly renovated bathroom that leads out the the screened in lanai.

Spacious master bedroom features a king bed with a new mattress and bedding, large closet space,as well as a prived in-suite bathroom. Sliding doors lead directly out the the lanai for a private night swim.

On the other side of the house is a sunny 2nd bedroom that offers a queen size bed with new mattress and bedding, as well as ample closet space and a crib. Adjacent to it is the 3rd bedroom which offers another queen bed with new mattress and bedding with closet space.

The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo which offers convenient entrance to the lanai and pool. This feature provides a safe and usefull access to shower off, eliminating pool water throughout the house.

New Washer and Dryer are located in the garage with laundry detergent provided for your convenience.

For fun in the sun there are beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and a cooler located in the garage for beach fun.

A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and trash bags are provided!

This entire single-family home is available for your enjoyment. With an easy entry and self check in using an electronic keypad access is a breeze.

Car parking is conveniently located in the driveway. This community does not allow for trailers or RV's to be parked on the premises.

Also your small dog under 40lbs is more than welcome to enjoy your trip with a 2 pooch max! Please clean up!

The cherry on the cake is the location of our home. It is an ideal neighborhood for taking walks, jogs, or bike rides. We do provide 2 bikes for your enjoyment. The Rotonda Community Park and Preserve is perfect for that. It is also just 15 minutes drive from Manasota Key and Stump Pass Beach State Park. Boca Grande Island is a fine destination as well! World Class salt water fishing and water sports with rentals near by. If that's not enough how about 8 public golf courses nearby as well.
