“Turtle Haven” awaits you in this beautiful 3-2-2 Rotonda West south facing home.
Check in/out times can be flexible depending on the cleaning schedule.

This home has plenty of comfort in the screened in lanai area with a heated pool. Floating devices/toys provided and are stored in the Lanai. There is also a baby/pet barrier to go around the pool for safety and worry free enjoyment. Outside the caged pool area is an extended Lanai for ample BBQing and/or sunbathing.

This home features the split bedroom concept with a large main bedroom and bathroom suite on one side and the 2 other bedrooms on the other side of home. You can access the pool area through the main bedroom, family area and kitchen. There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer and sink. The kitchen, with its spacious and open floor plan, allows plenty of room for meal prep and hanging out. There is an eating area within the kitchen as well as a separate dining area.

The home is equipped with high speed WiFi, 2 TV’s, DVD player and an assortment of movies, games, puzzles and books for the guests enjoyment.

You will be just minutes away from the neighborhood Englewood Beach where you can enjoy the water, sand and beautiful sunsets!! We have for your use, beach chairs, ice chests, wagon, boogie boards and a plethora of sand toys. Other beaches to explore would be Boca Grande or Venice (30 min) and Siesta Key (1 hour).

Rotonda West offers 4 separate golf courses and an expansive walking trail system throughout the many lakes and parks.

Communication with the host was excellent frequent but not too long. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean comfortable pool and lanai were exquisite and it looked out to the west so you saw a sunset in the evenings. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

We had an awesome stay! The heated pool was lovely, all amenities were as advertised - or more, Tracy was super responsive to questions and allowed us a later checkout at the end of our 2 week stay! We will definitely be back!

Perfect week at the beach stay

We had a great experience with this property. The house has a great location. It was very clean, excellently stocked with everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. The manager was so helpful and responsive and it was so nice to be able to bring our dog. We will be back!

Love this property!

Second time staying in this property, and loved it so much! The hurricane impact was noticeable, and I wasn’t told about the lanai covering being down until the week we were set to go down, but other than that we had a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at your home. It was convenient to Gasparilla, Stump, Blind Pass and Englewood beaches. It was a lot of fun hunting for shark's teeth. Your house was everything you described!

Grwat place to rest your head and relax a little while in Englewood. I say that because there is so much to do that you wont have a lot of time to spend at the house. That being said any time you are at the house will be enjoyed

Great rental in quiet neighborhood!

Great location in Rotanda. Check in process went smoothly and Tracy was flexible with our times which was appreciated. Any necessary communication that took place our host was very responsive. The split floor plan was great for our family!

Perfect Location

We had an amazing time beach hopping! We spent a day at various beaches close by, Venice, Boca Grand, and Englewood. Shark tooth hunting in Venice was my sons favorite thing to do. We also were able to experience an fishing charter which made our trip! It was so nice to come back to a beautiful house in between our adventures.

Perfect home away from home!

My husband and I needed a break away from all of the stress and chaos. What a wonderful week we had! The house is perfect! Tracy was great in responding to questions that we had. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed at the house. We would definitely stay again!

The Pool

My son and his 17 yr old son , Duke the 11 yr old boxer & me were there during 90-105 degree and high humidity. The pool became our best fun! We floated, played catch and enjoyed getting in the pool often! They taught me how to relax and pretty much do nothing. It was a nice relaxing time. I love to cook, read, & visit family who live near. It was great!

We loved it here!! Centrally located between many beaches. House had everything we needed. Pet friendly. Will be back! Our fav beach ended up being Boca Grande. Caught some bass and a snook on the canal. We had an amazing week! Thank you!

3 Relaxing Weeks

My husband and I along with our dog spent 3 very relaxing weeks here. The neighborhood is great. We hardly heard a car. The canal behind the property is very peaceful. Tracey was a great host. When she checked in on us I mentioned they might want to purchase a blender. One showed up at our door within 2 days. We really enjoyed our time here and recommend it!

Excellent vacation house!

There aren't many rentals west of Port Charlotte, and this one is a gem close to Boca Grande Island. Three bedrooms plus a pullout sofa was plenty of room for us. The pool was extra large compared to most Florida rentals - excellent for relaxing and play. The kitchen was well-stocked and owner was available to answer questions. Definitely a 10 out of 10!
