The third floor is home to the expansive living, dining, and kitchen areas. The carriage house, located above the garage, provides an additional bedroom, bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for added privacy or extra convenience. For easy access, the main house includes a private elevator and a first-floor laundry room.

The main kitchen on the third floor is a culinary haven, complete with a wine refrigerator and standalone ice maker. A kitchenette on the first floor and a second full kitchen in the carriage house make this property ideal for hosting large gatherings.
