Late check-out fee is $100 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.

Smoking Policy:
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
