Welcome to your home base in Bend! This warm and spacious 3-bedroom home is tucked just off Century Driveâperfectly positioned between the action of the Old Mill, the trails of the Deschutes National Forest, local golf courses, and the slopes of Mt. Bachelor.
Thoughtfully furnished for comfort and connection, the home features:
A cozy living room with smart TV, ideal for movie nights after a day on the mountain
A fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware and breakfast bar for morning coffee
Three inviting bedrooms. Two with plush king beds and blackout shades for deep rest. One with bunks beds and an extra twin for the kids.
High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace for remote work or school
Washer/dryer, driveway parking, and keyless entry for convenience
Outside, relax around the private fire pit, kick back in the hammock, or grill dinner on the patio. The backyard is low-maintenance but invitingâdesigned for laid-back evenings under Bendâs high desert sky.
Cascade Crest House Rules
Welcome to Cascade Crest! To ensure you have a comfortable stay and respect the property and neighbors, please review and adhere to the following house rules during your stay.
1. General Conduct
Respect for Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between [quiet hours, e.g., 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM].
No Parties or Events: No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed unless prior written approval has been given by the host.
Maximum Occupancy: The Property is suitable for a maximum of 8 people. Exceeding this number is prohibited unless previously agreed upon.
2. Smoking
No Smoking is allowed on the property.
3. Pets
Pets are Not Allowed on the property.
4. Parking
Designated Parking: Please use the designated parking spots only. Additional vehicles should be parked on the street or in public parking areas.
No Blocking Driveways: Ensure that no vehicles are blocking driveways or other parked vehicles.
5. Quiet Hours
Respect Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. No loud music or disruptive noise is allowed during these times.
6. Check-In/Check-Out
Check-In Time: 4pm
Check-Out Time: 11am
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
7. Waste & Recycling
Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in the designated bins. Trash should be disposed of regularly to avoid any odor or pest problems.
Recycling: Please separate recyclables into the appropriate bins in garage.
No Trash Left Behind: At check-out, please remove any personal trash, food items, or items from the fridge and countertops.
8. Appliances & Electrical
Turn Off Appliances: When not in use, please turn off all appliances, lights, fans, and heating/air conditioning to save energy.
9. Cleaning & Maintenance
Basic Tidiness: Please leave the Property in a tidy condition, including loading the dishwasher, returning furniture to its original placement, and putting items in the yard and on the patio back where you found them.
Damages: Report any damages or malfunctions immediately to the host. You are responsible for any damage or excessive mess caused during your stay.
10. Security & Safety
Lock Doors & Windows: Always lock doors and windows when leaving the Property, even for short periods, to ensure security.
Emergency Exits: Familiarize yourself with the exits in case of fire or other emergencies.
11. No Unregistered Guests
Guest Policy: Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the Property. Any additional visitors (even if not staying overnight) must be approved by the host in advance.
Visitor Hours: Approved visitors must leave the Property by 9 PM unless prior arrangements are made.
12. Alcohol
Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol is allowed on the Property. Please drink responsibly and clean up after yourself.
No Underage Drinking: No guests under the age of 21 are permitted to drink alcohol on the Property.
13. Items Left Behind
Lost & Found: We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. However, if you find an item you left behind, please notify the host immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to return it to you.
14. Respect for Property
Use of Furnishings: Please do not remove any furniture or linens from the Property. Be mindful of any special instructions regarding specific items (e.g., delicate furniture, artwork, or linens).
No Illegal Activity: Illegal activities such as drug use, solicitation, or unlawful behavior are strictly prohibited on the Property.
15. Violation of Rules
Rule Violations: Any violation of these house rules may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, eviction from the Property, and forfeiture of any rental fees or deposits.
Damage Charges: In the event of damage to the Property, guests will be charged for repairs or replacement of damaged items.
16. Special Requests
Requests & Inquiries: If you have any special requests during your stay (such as extra towels, early check-in, or additional amenities), please let the host know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
