Our official check-in window is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM local time. During this time, our team is fully available to assist with door codes, locks, WiFi, and any arrival-related needs. If you choose to arrive after 8:00 PM, you may still use self check-in, but please understand that live support is not available after 8:00 PM. Any access issues, lock problems, or entry difficulties that occur after 8:00 PM will be addressed the following day.

By arriving after 8:00 PM, you accept full responsibility for delayed assistance and agree that no refunds or compensation will be issued for issues reported after 8:00 PM.

We strongly recommend arriving within the 4:00–8:00 PM window for the smoothest experience.

Propane and firewood are not included with your reservation. If propane tanks or firewood are present on the property, they may be used only with payment of the applicable usage fee below:

Propane Refill Fee: $50 per tank (or you bring your own or you refill the ones at the house)

Firewood Fee: $25 per load (a white bucket)

If propane or firewood is used during your stay, the applicable fee will be requested through the fund request center after checkout. Charges reflect actual replacement and servicing costs. Use of the fire pit, fireplace, or grill constitutes acceptance of these fees.
