The next floor up has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms that share a shower. This is the floor that has the front door. The next floor up is the top floor that has the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, laundry room, large deck with furnture and a grill. The unit has over 3400 square feet and is very large and it is all one unit.

The host was great and quick to resolve a minor miscommunication during check in. The unit is very spacious and can accommodate a large family comfortably. However, it is not a true 6 bedroom as the other king bed is in the open on the entertainment floor where the bar is. The couch beds are probably not suitable for adults, but kiddos may be able to sleep on them just fine. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and some pans which helped with cooking meals. It is an older unit but worked out just fine for my family. We had a good time.

Greg is an excellent host, great communication prior arrival. The condo is cozy and definitely room for the whole family! Would recommend for others going with extended family and need a place for all to fit. Really close to downtown and the Ruidoso Winter Park.

The entire condo was very worn and dated. The second outdoor patio had no furniture, so useless. The 2 pull out couches were not fit to sleep on (ended up sleeping on the floor) Even counting the pull out couches, could not come up with bed for 17th person. All couches had very little support (felt like you were falling through to the floor)We still had a great visit, primarily because we are a group that’s easy to please. Was wonderful that we all could stay in one place.

Great place to have a vacation.

Property was great and spacious. Place was clean and had everything needed. Property manager was responsive to every question. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I know me and my family will stay again. It was also very centrally located to everything in town.

Great getaway

Great place to stay with plenty of room for the whole family. Really the only complaint I have is the house was so hot when we got there and it took it quite a while to cool off. Once it cooled off it was perfect for us.

Nice place

Nice place with 4 stories and lots of stairs. There are several places not good for tall folks.

Nice property with Space for All

This property had room for 11 people and with four levels it gave us space to hangout or be by ourselves. The pool is super close and you can walk to a lookout tower. While on the deck one morning, we saw deer. Communication was great and easy with hosts.
