Inside the Home
Step through the carport and into the backyard oasis, featuring a private pool, spa, and sun loungers. Under the covered patio is an outdoor fireplace, outdoor dining area, and a built-in summer kitchen with a BBQ grill, sink, and mini fridge- perfect for outdoor meals.
Inside on the first floor, you'll find a peaceful guest suite with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. There's also a half bathroom and a laundry room on this floor for your convenience.
Moving up to the second floor is the heart of the home, opening up to a bright and airy living room that features a cozy fireplace and large glass doors that lead out to the balcony (enjoy stunning Gulf views). The living room flows seamlessly into the chef's kitchen, complete with a 6-burner stove, a farmhouse sink, and island seating for four. Just past the kitchen is the dining nook with a round table for eight, a built-in wet bar/coffee maker, and a second access to the balcony.
Also on the second floor are three spacious bedrooms. The first has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower. The next bedroom also has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with glass shower. The third is a bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, perfect for kids! This bedroom uses the dedicated bathroom across the hall, with a shower/tub combination.
All the way at the top, the entire third floor is a private retreat for the main master bedroom. It includes a King bed, a built-in morning kitchen with a coffee maker and wet bar, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a separate standalone soaking tub. Also enjoy your own private balcony for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks, complete with sun loungers, a balcony swing, and endless Gulf views!
Located just one house off the sand with private beach access, there's no need to worry about crowds or parking. Plus, the best of Rosemary Beach is all just a short walk away.

Other things to note
There are 12 provided wristbands for guests to access the beach. The cost of a lost wristband is $100.00.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.

Very nice house in a great community and great location. Owner recently handed off to property management company, they were rough. Paid for early check-in, never got email with instructions or codes. Neighbor gave us code to the gate; we let ourselves in the house. The dryer is not working, the grill is not working, and the internet worked 1/2 the time. Again, great house, nice vacation, just think the property management company needs to step it up for the price on this one.

We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. Our records show that our team did provide the gate and door access codes prior to check-in. We were also able to let you in prior to the scheduled 4pm check in time free of charge!
We’re always available to assist if anything is not received, and we’re happy to resend immediately when needed.
During your stay, the only item reported to us was a brief internet interruption, which was resolved shortly after due to a local outage. We did not receive any communication regarding the dryer or grill at the time, and we would have gladly addressed those right away had we been notified.
Everything has been promptly handled and taken very seriously as we strive to provide our guests the best service possible.
We also appreciate that in our direct communications during your stay, everything was going well, which is always our goal!
We take pride in being attentive and proactive, and we’re always here to ensure our guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Beautiful experience all around ! 30A area can't be beat. This was our 2nd trip to the area in 2 years. We previously rented in Rosemary beach but wanted something a little closer to the water with a view and remain in budget. We chose "Backstage pass" and it was absolutely perfect. Clean, well stocked, absolutely perfect location and communication with the host was excellent. Location: This house sits directly beside the Rosemary Beach city "wall" so you get all of the perks of a RB location without the markup. The neighborhood is gated with access via wristband. We were there during Spring Break so they also had security guards at the gate watching the ins/outs. We came with a group of High schoolers so we loved that security could be the "bad guys" about enforcing the curfew and we didn't have to:) The house came with bikes but our guys didn't use them since everywhere they wanted to go was within easy walking distance. Very short walk to beach access-2 houses away. House: Gorgeous home! Very clean and well stocked. Absolutely stunning decor. Very bright and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Not a "bad" room in the entire house. Since we were there in the spring the heated pool and hot tub were a must. Hosts: We didn't have any issues so didn't need to reach out to them much but they were very quick to respond and helpful with the few questions we had upon arrival.

The place was clean at first sight. However the floors were gritty with sand, one of the bathrooms had urine stains on the lid and seat. The beds were gritty with sand in the master and the one MIL stayed in, not sure if sheets were changed. I also found a small bug in the bed so I had to wash the sheets. The kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances and the coffee station was a plus with sweeteners and kurig cups. We enjoyed the balconies in the house. The beach is 2 houses away. You have to walk down a narrow path, look for a gate, no directions were listed. A simple map would have helped. The checkin was confusing as the door code didn’t work and you had to use a key. I contacted the management comp. they didn’t seem to know about the keypad or the key. Also there is a shrill alarm that sounds when the door is open, the noise was constant and annoying. You have to pull up the handle on the patio doors to lock the door. No instructions were given or notified. Wifi buffers and goes out @11:00pm. There are bikes for guest use. The car port is narrow and not sure how more than 1 car would fit. This community location is in center of town and a short walk to everything. This is a small gated community and need a code to go in and out. The house is well done with marble bathrooms and high ceilings. The pool is minuscule but the patio is nice with bbq, table, chairs & TV.

We did address the maintenance items that were brought to our attention during your stay and are always happy to respond quickly when notified. However, several of the other concerns mentioned were not shared with us until after check-out, which unfortunately did not give our team the opportunity to address them in real time.
For clarity, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each arrival. We have to take detailed photos for our system to pass an inspection. We also provide detailed arrival information in advance, including access instructions like the gate code, amenity details (such as bikes), and a full house guide available in the home.
The alarm referenced is a pool safety alarm, which is required and intended for guest safety. Instructions on its use are included in both the arrival information and the house guide.
Additionally, Wi-Fi service does not have timed interruptions, and we have not experienced issues of that nature at the home.
We take great pride in accurately representing our homes and being responsive to our guests, and we appreciate your feedback as always.
