Water's Edge est une maison de vacances de luxe située dans une communauté fermée privée sur Rosemary Beach - seulement 20 mètres à pied du sable!

Des rénovations récentes et modernes en ont fait un véritable paradis du nord de la Floride. Vous entendrez le son apaisant des vagues et profiterez de l'emplacement à proximité des magasins et des restaurants. Faire du vélo en famille sera un souvenir que vous n'oublierez pas.

Rundown

The house is rundown and it makes it feel unclean. They need to renovate the house. The pictures are not current and it’s deceiving. Linda the manager is rude. Great location but not worth the rental amount.

Great House Close to Center of Rosemary Beach

First time visiting Rosemary Beach area and we were extremely happy with our home choice. Great setup for a family, super close to the Rosemary Beach main drag and only steps away from the beach. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful week at the beach!

We travelled for spring break with another family- we had 4 kids between 5 and 10 years old. The house was wonderful- cute interior, well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The location is AMAZING- super close to the beach and right across the road from lots of dining and shopping options. They provide reserved chairs on the beach every day and extra chairs at the house to bring down with you if you wanted more. Heated pool was an extra bonus when we wanted a little break from the beach. Would highly recommend this house, the location can’t be beat.

Great Stay!

Property was well represented online. Very well stocked and equipped throughout the house. Communication was fast and easy with property manager. Great location to Peddler’s Pavilion and beach access. Great stay!

Seacrest Beach House

Perfect for our family of 9. We all enjoyed our stay immensely. Would definitely book again. One note, if you’re traveling with toddlers, the stairs to beach can be challenging for them so be prepared.

Pictures are accurate

The only con of this house is that the main floor is not on the same level as the pool. The rooms on the lowest floor are geared towards kids, which is hard if you have toddlers are constantly going in and out. Other than that the place was very clean and the two pack n plays were awesome to use.

Family Time

After a 15 year hiatus we have restarted our Family tradition of getting together in the FL Panhandle. We’ve moved East from Grayton Beach to Rosemary Beach. This was a great choice of location for our Family with our new addition of a Granddaughter. The house was ideal for our needs and was a short walk or ride from everything we wanted to do. We always felt safe and our kids enjoyed the bike rides and the beach. When they’d come back to the house we would all relax around the pool. We will do this trip again!

Family Friendly

We were most impressed with how many amenities the property had to offer. Yes it had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. But it had so many things that we usually bring with us. There were beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles, stair gates, a pack n play, a booster seat. So many bulky items that families usually transport for a weeks stay. There is even a single beach setup included. We added another since there was quite a crowd on the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty nice as was the gathering area, more than adequate seating for our 6 adults and 4 children. We played games, some games were on hand at the property and watched TV in that space. The grandkids loved playing games on the sturdy wooden coffee table. The kitchen was so well furnished. Better than nice appliances, a large refrigerator and extra nice gas range. All the other countertop appliances were first class as well. Plentiful pans,cooking utensils, platters and storage containers as well. Very nice propane grill by the pool too! The dining room table seated 10 and there was room for 4 at the bar if needed. Three cars will fit but it’s tight the way the neighborhood is set up. We walked across the street to a very happening town center, nice shops, a tap room and a couple of pizza choices. I’m sure there were others. There was another retail area further down the street we didn’t visit but it looked nice too. It’s perfect for air travelers who can’t bring much, and it was great for us.

Beautiful house and great location

Waters edge is our favorite community on 30A, we have stayed at other homes in this gated neighborhood and this one is our favorite. Check in was easy. The location is very close to the beach and the home was very spacious and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The main room was large and spacious.

Wonderful beachside home!

Terrific location just 1 min walk from the beach. Home was spacious enough for all of us spanning grandparents to grandkids. Heated pool was a nice touch to the home!

Perfect location and home layout disappointed with maintenance of property.

Beautiful vacation home. The perfect location for both beach access and access to seaside. The layout of the home is perfect for a multigenerational family with ages 12-73. Unfortunately many maintenance issues. Grill did not work, fireplace didn’t work, handle of dishwasher broken off, unable to use master jacuzzi bathtub due to serious pipe leak, and I came across at least a dozen roaches.

We spent Thanksging with family. We had everything needed to prepare. Loved closeness and ease of access to beach. Pool was great as the week was too cool for much beach swim. Beautiful beach for walking , relaxing and kids playing.

Perfect Location

Home was even more beautiful than the pictures and the location was absolutely perfect. We would definitely book here again. Our only complaint was that several days there were painters working on the exterior of the property which hadn’t been communicated to us by the property manager and did affect our use of the pool.

Perfection on the coast

This property has everything you might need and more. The house is both comfortable and beautifully appointed. The layout is perfect for children and adults. Getting to the beach took less than five minutes. We highly recommend staying here on your next beach vacation!

Relaxing and amazing

The property was as described, and one of the cleanest I have ever rented. It is obvious the owner takes special care of the property. The location is the best in Rosemary/Seacrest and can’t be beat. 2 min walk to the beach chairs, directly across from the sundry market for anything little you need, quick walk to downtown Rosemary for shopping and dining. Owner had a selection of bikes to borrow but you could really ditch the rental car and walk where you need to go (with grocery delivery) and not miss having a car. The small pool in the back was awesome for the kids - we paid to have it heated and I am so glad we did as it was cool in April. Would absolutely book this property again.

Perfection!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was just perfect from the information we received prior to arrival to the wonderful welcome basket of goodies when we arrived. The house is beautiful and convenient to everything in Rosemary Beach. We have two small dogs and they loved it too! Thank you Natalie and Linda for everything you did to make our vacation really special! I would highly recommend this property.

Great Location

The Perfect Week!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The house was not only beautiful but meticulously clean! Our family had plenty of room and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well. Steps away from the beach made our stay just that much better. The welcome basket was a nice surprise to come into as well. The entertainment complex across the street was a nice convenient shopping and eating spot and the 3 minute walk was so convenient! Thank you for a wonderful week! We hated to leave!
