We were there for a family vacation and birthday celebration- it is a nice place. It has seen its wear and use. The owner was very kind and attentive. I wish the pictures shown were a bit more current.

Valerie, was very attentive to our needs. The house was clean and meet our expectations. We felt right at home and it is located within a short distance of all the major attractions and the strip. We really enjoyed our stay in this home.

Definitely enjoy the house. Everything was top-notch house was so clean you can eat off the floor very beautiful home very big spacious and love the outside of the pool. They even have a grill on the side of the house which was a cherry on top.

Clean & quiet

We stayed here for a quick business trip at the market center. The property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was great for having an event at the world market center, and close to any food and stores for things we needed. The property manager checked in numerous times to make sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive.

Cool and Comfortable - Inside and Out

Our family of seven had plenty of room and the house stayed comfortably cool for our entire 9-day visit in July. Especially enjoyed the pool in the late afternoons and evenings. Owner was very responsive to our need for additional spoons and kitchen towels. The house did lack a gas barbeque, but my first experience using charcoal was a success.

Super close to the convention center

All at all pretty nice place. Neighborhood was clean. House was clean, everything worked in the house, there is some noticeable wear in some areas of the house, some of the screens are missing so not comfortable to open the windows. But all in all it was a nice stay. And super close to our destination at the convention center. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for our family

This was perfect for our family with our son, daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren staying in the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one side of the house and me and my husband staying in the bedroom with adjoining bathroom on the other side. The host was very attentive asking how things were going and answering questions. And the 11 and 12 year olds loved playing pool with their Grandpa! It was too cold to use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. It was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood after a busy day.

Firstly, Valerie is an absolute gem of a host. From the moment we made our booking, she was in constant communication to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house was clean, organized and met our every expectation. The amenities provided were the perfect touch to make you feel at home away from home. The location of this Vrbo in Las Vegas cannot be beat. You were able to take advantage of all the city has to offer by being just a short drive away from the Strip. Yet, the peacefulness of the neighborhood made it easy for you to relax and unwind after a long day. Overall, I would highly recommend this Vrbo Las Vegas accommodation to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Terrible Host

When we arrived to the house the blinds were broken. The initial walking in of the house you are hit with a strong stench. The pool was dirty on the first day when we arrived & the house looks older in person than in the pictures online. The sofa is not the same as the one the host has on the picture. There was also a big wet stain on the ceiling. Seeing this I immediately contacted the host and told her me and my guest were uncomfortable staying there and I was bombarded with her yelling over the phone telling me to take my issues up with the Vrbo support she then hung up in my face. Seeing there was nothing we could do and we paid a lot of money to rent this house. We went to Walmart and bought cleaning products and cleaned the whole house just to feel comfortable. I contacted Vrbo support and sent pictures as well. I would not recommend renting through this host very unprofessional and rude.

Amazing Vegas Getaway

My family of 6 with kids ranging in age from 6-16 had an amazing time at this property! We live in the snowy mountains of utah had a little cabin fever! This was the perfect escape! We were close to the strip but able to relax in this roomy comfortable property! The kids enjoyed playing pool and also hooked up their PlayStations and Switch to the tv. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and also enjoyed homemade food in the functional kitchen. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Birthday stay

My friends and I were all from out of town. Half from Atlanta, half from LA. I wanted a central space for.us all to hang out in between our outings. The space was clean and big enough to house 6 of us comfortably. Though it was too cold to swim, the pool was nice to sit next to. Would have been nice to have a fire, but I understand why that's not possible. My only real concern was that the back bedroom next to the pool table had no heat and required a space heater. It also has no door to the en suite bathroom which made it difficult to shower while my spouse was sleeping in. Valerie was very communicative and even arranged a maintenance person to fix the fridge while we were out. It's lovely to have that kind of interaction. Thanks, Valerie!
