Acropolis Grand Residence, vue imprenable sur le temple de Zeus et LycabbĂšte

Situé dans un bùtiment néoclassique des années 1930, directement en face du temple de Zeus Olympien, cette résidence magistralement entiÚrement rénovée est un excellent choix pour votre prochain séjour à AthÚnes.

À 50 mĂštres de la promenade piĂ©tonne menant Ă  toutes les principales attractions athĂ©niennes, y compris le musĂ©e de l'Acropole (3 min Ă  pied), l'Acropole, y compris le ParthĂ©non, le thĂ©Ăątre de Dionysos, l'ancienne agora romaine et la bibliothĂšque Adrian (5 min Ă  pied), ainsi que la zone de Plaka.

Les trois chambres disposent d'un grand lit double chacune, et la quatriÚme chambre à coucher deux lits simples. Tous les lits sont équipés de matelas importés américains et meublés avec des draps et des oreillers de haute qualité qui offre aux clients une expérience de sommeil ultime. Dans chaque chambre existe un téléviseur à écran plat intelligent de 40 ', un systÚme stéréo individuel avec portes USB et un grand placard séparé.

Le salon dispose de deux canapés confortables et comprend un écran plat de 50 'HDMI TV 4k avec systÚme de son surround. Trois chambres à coucher partagent une vue magnifique sur l'ancien temple de Zeus et Lycabbetus.

La résidence dispose également d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec cuisiniÚre, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, machine à café Nespresso, théiÚre avec thé anglais gratuit, cafetiÚre à filtre, bouilloire et grille-pain. Il y a une salle de service séparée équipée d'une machine à laver, fer et planche à repasser et un espace pour la bagagerie. Les salles de bains sont entiÚrement équipées avec des serviettes et des équipements tels que des savons, des shampoings, des conditionneurs, des gels douche et deux sÚche-cheveux. Les articles de toilette sont fournis par la célÚbre marque grecque "Korres".

La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  10 visiteurs pour un repas complet.

La maison est chauffée centralement pendant les mois d'hiver ainsi que des unités de climatisation individuelle.

Great stay in Athens in July 2025

Great stay for a group of 8, ranging from 22 to 82, for 2 nights before a cruise. The property is close to everything, including the acropolis and the plaza district. Our kids and their friends enjoyed exploring the town and hitting the clubs at night. The are a huge variety of restaurants and shops nearby. It took a little while for the air conditioning the kick in and cool down the property (it was over 100 F outside) but the property manager was great and helped make sure everything was working before he left.

Amazing property in the center of Athens!

This property is one of the best I've ever stayed at. Firstly, the location is immecable. So close to the Acropolis! Secondly, it is so well appointed and extremely comfortable. Lastly, the team that manages this property were so communicative and easy to get a hold of. They were incredibly helpful! One thing to note is that this property is on a ma mainroad so you do get a but of car noise but it didn't bother us at all.

Awesome Apartment

This was a great experience - the transfer to and from the airport as well as the apartment itself. The location is fantastic. Centrally located - we were able to walk to all of the sights. The apartment is gorgeous and very spacious! Highly recommend it.

Awesome apartment for family near acropolis

We have stayed here twice and have recommended to friends. Plenty of room for all 5 of us with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. AC works great. Comfortable beds and beautifully furnished. Bill and John arranged private transportation for us to the port. Highly recommend!

This apartment is the perfect place to call home while in Athens. The location is close to everything and it also has a gorgeous view! Perfect Place to Stay

This is the perfect place to stay in Athens. Conveniently located in the heart of the city. The place was exactly as described on the website. Whenever we had any questions about booking, amenities, etc they were extremely prompt with the replies. They offered pick up from our cruise ship and delivered us to the airport timely when it was time to leave. Everyone could not have been nicer. Great location and service

The property is in a great and convenient location for the ancient and modern attractions of Athens. In particular the service the Bill and John Developments offers to their tenants go above and beyond normal expectations. They were most helpful before our visit in advising on Athens locations, booking a tour to Delphi, museum tickets and potentially a trip to Aegina. In addition, a quick response and assistance to a medical situation was exceptional. thank you for making our trip to Athens so enjoyable.

It doesn’t get any better

From the communication with the management team to the check in process to the apartment itself nothing could have been any better. The hosts go out of the way to help you in every facet from airport transfer to restaurants and tours. The apartment is spacious, clean, very well located, and comfortable. Everything worked and we had no issues at all. They even helped prestock the fridge for us for a small fee. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Athens.

Perfect place

Our overall stay at this property was fantastic, location was perfect as we could easily walk to nearby restaurants, Acropolis museum and beautiful night time view of Parthenon. I was very impressed with the interior decoration. All the rooms were very clean and had enough storage area, bathrooms were modern and had bath gel, shampoo, conditioner etc. The kitchen is small but met our need which was equipped with microwave, dishwasher, all the needed kitchen utensils, coffee pods as well as greek coffee. The manager even showed us how to make greek coffee the right way. For security, the building's main entry had a key so only staff and guests can come in and out. I will highly recommend this to any family with kids. The property manager responded to our queries very promptly. Thank you, Bill and John!!

Great apartment

Great apartment in a good location, just at the edge of Plaka. Lots of great restaurants nearby (the Italian place Belpaese is especially good), and an AB grocery store just a 2 minute walk away. Apartment was sparkling clean. It looks exactly like the pictures. Four big bedrooms, three great bathrooms, nice showers, very nice little kitchen. Towels, sheets, pillows were all very comfortable. Living room setup by the TV is very comfortable to watch. Lots of room. Sunny. There is some traffic noise from the street below (it's a busy intersection), but you are in the middle of the city, so not more noise than expected. We would absolutely stay in this apartment again next time in Athens. Seeing the Temple of Zeus out all the windows was thrilling, and we were extremely happy about the location, size and cleanliness.

Beautiful, central apartment

Our family of 2 adults and one 15 year old loved this apartment. It was in a very convenient location, with a grocery store and good restaurants right around the corner. Gorgeous view out the living room window of the Temple of Zeus and panoramic view of the city from the roof top. Communication was excellent, and Alex met us right at our arrival time. The 4 bedrooms are incredibly luxurious with comfortable sheets and pillows, black out curtains, and lots of storage areas. Small touches were abundant and appreciated - water bottles, nice toiletries, fluffy towels, maps, blow dryers in every bathroom, even makeup removal wipes. Please note that toilet tissue cannot be flushed in Athens - owners did a very nice job of providing lidded cans in each bathroom. It was no big deal. Kitchen was well stocked with knives, plates, glasses, coffee maker, and delicious coffee. Tasted great in the morning. Air conditioning was excellent, and there is an elevator lift to get to the fourth fourth. Washer/dryer came in handy, as did cell phone charging station. This is definitely one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in - we highly recommend.

Apartment is just as pictured. Beds and linens are new and comfortable. The level of service was uncommonly good... dropped off bags before the unit was available and leave bags after checking out and they bent over backwards to make it happen.

Luxurious Apartment in the Heart of Athens

The apartment looks exactly like the listing: new, spacious and well appointed. The location couldn't be better - steps to the Acropolis and many other sights, as well as restaurants and shops. The communication with the staff was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
