This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the perfect setting for families, couples, or friends looking to make special memories together. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a Simmons Beautyrest mattress, a walk-in closet with ample storage, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private deck with direct access to the hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a twin bed each with beautyrest mattresses, plenty of storage space and thoughtfully decorated. The third bedroom also includes a trundle bed if needed. The second full bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway and has a bathtub and double sinks. The living room is cozy and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains (often including deer and elk!) and a large TV - ideal for movie nights or relaxing mornings. A wood burning stove will warm your hands on chilly mountain evenings. The large ottoman will pamper your feet during the day and becomes a single-size pullout bed for extra sleeping space at night if needed. The updated kitchen is well equipped to make cooking an easy and enjoyable part of your vacation and includes bakeware, dishes, utensils, basic seasonings and even a crock pot so you can come back from an adventurous day and be ready to gather around the table for a hot and convenient meal. Step outside and you'll find a peaceful outdoor space with stunning 360 degree views! With very few neighbors and certified dark sky, the night sky is waiting to take your breath away! Tell stories around the fire pit, melt away your stress in the hot tub or sip coffee on the patio and enjoy the most amazing views of the Rocky Mountains! Other things to note: Please note that a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Pets: an $100 fee is required for one pet. Additional fees apply if you do not pick up pet waste. Access: you’ll receive a code for keyless entry Amenities: We provide an ample supply of essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, and towels for your convenience along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms.  This is a remote location approximately 20-30 minutes from groceries, gas stations and most restaurants (with the exception of Mary Murphy Steak House located at Mt Princeton Hot Springs which is one mile away).
