The spacious living area features vibrant colors and modern touches, with a large sectional sofa adorned with plush throw pillows, ideal for relaxing or watching the mounted flat-screen TV. The colorful artwork and playful patterns in the living room add to the cheerful ambiance, while the teal-painted vintage cabinet provides both charm and character.

The kitchen area, visible through a charming archway, boasts sleek countertops and stylish stools—perfect for breakfast or casual conversations. Step outside through the sliding glass doors to enjoy fresh air in a cozy outdoor space, enhancing your stay.

Each bedroom offers a unique and tranquil escape. One room is adorned with a bold floral quilt, a modern rustic headboard, and calming coral walls, while the next showcases a vibrant blue accent wall and southwestern-inspired décor, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The third bedroom stands out with its colorful quilt and fun mix of pillows, offering a lively and refreshing vibe.

Guests will have full access to the entire property.

Guest can reach out to painted sky property management with any needs.
- At least one person occupying the house needs to be 55+
- Vehicles cannot be parked on the street for more than 72 hrs at a time

Note: any additional cleaning will be billed at an hourly rate of $50.

- Please no additional guests other than the ones staying. There can be exceptions made but please contact me to arrange. Violating this will be a $200 dollar charge per person per day.

- No Animals*** Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules you will be fined an extra $250 dollars per day.

- No smoking/vaping or drug use! This is a zero tolerance policy. Should you violate this there will be a $500 dollar fine and for every piece of evidence of smoking/drug use I will charge $25 dollars additionally (ashtrays, cigarette butts, Illegal substances)

- NO PARTIES... No exceptions. Should you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called you could be asked to leave with no refund.

- Late checkout`s can be arranged (when available) but will be an additional $100 dollar fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen just let me know as soon as possible :)

- $150 charge to guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew WILL enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given. (Note: any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property)

- If you do not have any reviews I do require a up to date state ID, and may request a deposit at the discretion of the owner.

- No crypto mining on premises, should it be found that this is happening you will be asked to leave and no refund issued.

Hot tub Rules-
Shower with soap and water before entering the Hot tub.
Enter and exit hot tub slowly and where the stairs are located.
No jumping or diving in.
NO GLASS in or near the hot tub.
Use of alcohol, narcotics or medications is not permitted on the premises and in the hot tub.
Elderly or pregnant women should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Do not enter if the temperature is higher than 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry.
Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub.
Please replace spa cover after each use.
Please do not sit or lie down on the spa cover.
Please turn off Jets after use.
Please do not use soap or oils in the spa.
Please turn off Bluetooth speakers after 10pm in the spa.

Be respectful of the neighbors, this is a family friendly neighborhood.
