Our favorite place to stay in NSB

Beautiful balcony

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean yet there was no excess of cleaning material scents - such a fabric softener. Due to our various allergies, we greatly appreciate this! My favorite beach view yet. We would stay again!

Review of Stay

Despite disappointing information that we would not hv access to the ocean front balcony a week before check-in- everything else was great. Condo was clean and updated and we love staying at the Inlet. Owner provided some compensation for the balcony inconvenience. We would def stay again!

Outstanding

Very nicely furnished condo on the ocean in a gated complex. All the amenities, and very quiet, which is what we wanted. It made for a very pleasant Christmas week with family. We’ve been coming to NSB for many years but had never stayed at Minorca. We’ll be back!

Spring beach week

We chose based on the view of inlet and beach- we could enjoy sunrise and sunset from the building. Watching the surf, with surfers, fishermen, and kite surfers- and even a rocket launch from the beach and pool area. Spotted a few turtles and truly enjoyed the park boardwalk. Being away from downtown a bit made this seem very resort like. (& town was just a quick easy drive to everything you may need) discovered the Avanu deck the last night- super great condo and town. Thank you for a lovely place to call home for our beach week.

A wonderful Condo with a fantasic view.

Condo was clean, modern and very functional. View was fantastic with a large balcony. Master bedroom view of the ocean and lighthouse is beautiful. Kitchen was clean and fully equipped. All appliances and electronics worked. Couch, throw carpets and beds were clean and up to date. Check in and out was a breeze and the interactions with the staff was professonal and courteous. Excellent stay for a full week.

Disappointed

We Love this condo. However they did not tell us that the patio would be unusuable the entire stay. The view and patio are one of the top reasons we come back to this condo!

The view is amazing! Fantastic balcony. The interior of the condo itself and its appliances are dated, lights switches in strange places, definitely DIY by owner. The dead bolt on the front door did not work. Closest stuffed with owners stuff. No smart TVs, no USB ports. Beach is only steps away with private entrance. Overall you are paying for the view. Would not pay the premium price to stay there again.

Wonderful!

After a long drive from Michigan, our family was so pleased to pull into the absolutely gorgeous Minorca complex. We saw the tennis courts and pools and couldn’t wait to unpack. When we entered the unit, our family was overjoyed. The unit is beautiful. The view will take your breath away. The kitchen is lovely and the beds are comfortable. The Steeles left us an unexpected welcome basket that really made our day. I would highly recommend this complex and unit to anybody. In general, New Smyrna Beach is the perfect place to go with families. There are great shops and restaurants just up the beach on Flagler, and Orlando and all of its theme parks are just a short drive away for easy day trips. Two big thumbs up for New Smyrna Beach, Minorca, and this unit. Thank you Steeles!

Great quiet location and condo!

We enjoyed our stay! Spacious condo with great view. The pool / hot tub, and beach were all very accessible. Very quiet location, which I really enjoyed. Short drive to Publix and Flagler Ave. Would definitely return if we end up back in New Smyrna! We were there with our 12 and 17 year old boys and they enjoyed themselves. They love lounging on the beach, so it was perfect.
