Beth and Gary were great hosts, and communicated with us very frequently and helped us out in understanding the property. Gary even greeted us in person upon arrival. It was a very cozy and secluded place, with lots of birds and wildlife in the area.

Hi J, Thank you for the review and kind words. Except for one unpleaseable guest last year, (who gave us a 4/10 because of sticker burrs!!!), we have only received 10/10 reviews. Would you mind sharing why you gave us an 8. Our goal is always to be top notch so if you share your reasoning, I can look at rectifying what ever it was that knocked us down by 2. These numbers matter as the system automatically factors them into the algorithms and it directly affects our bookings. Thank you. B

This is a lovely cottage with plenty of “extras”!! Guest can sit outside in comfortable lawn furniture and enjoy a beautiful garden area. Bird feeders are abundant and deer can be seen roaming the neighborhood. It’s quiet and peaceful. The inside is tastefully decorated to match the Aloha theme! The kitchenette area is well stocked. The bedding is comfortable and towels are lush. I would definitely recommend staying at this cute cottage!

Beth was very welcoming and kind and the cottage was gorgeous and lovely. The property was also gorgeous! The location is a massive perk, too--being away from city life in peaceful quiet was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you, Beth!

Great Getaway

This was a wonderful getaway for my husband and I. The owner was great at communicating with us and we were very happy with the cottage. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends visiting the area.

Secluded location

Clean property and in a quiet area with deer and beautiful birds. Bed was comfortable and the property was clean.

So peaceful!

The area is beautiful with many birds and deer for your viewing pleasure. There is plenty to do in the area after a short scenic drive through the hills. It was a very peaceful stay!

Nice relaxing weekend

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at the Aloha cottage. Everything we needed was provided for. The bed was very comfortable and my wife enjoyed the bathtub. Would definitely visit again

This cottage was just right for me to unwind and disconnect. The owners went out of their way to provide everything I needed for my 3 day stay.

The cleanliness of the cottage was supreme. There were cut flowers in the bedroom and bathroom. The place is absolutely adorable.

I am still wowed by the warmth, welcome, charm, and nurturing nature of the Aloha Cottage. It was exactly what i needed after long days of training. I cant wait to create a reason to come back.

Wonderful Experience

My partner and I stayed here a weekend and we had such an amazing time! The cabin was beautiful and so neatly kept. I especially loved the bath tub! The best part about it was how close we were to the lake. If you live in a big city (like i do) and are looking to get away for a weekend, I definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful home and view

The home was beautiful! The decoration, the natural lighting, the bathtub, all of it! I like where it was located and the smaller restaurants around it were all good! The hosts were wonderful and easy to deal with! 10/10 would come back again!!

Extremely warm and friendly hosts, the best I have encountered in my travels. The cabin was clean, beautiful, and charming. Ability to interact with nature right at the cabin was really neat. My husband saw a cardinal for the first time (we are not from the area) and the host provided us with snacks to feed the deer, which was awesome. Was a very serene and quiet place to lay our head at night after a long day of activity. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone I know, it was just fabulous!

Great experience

I was skeptical to stay in someone’s backyard but the property is quiet, private and offered a very nice weekend getaway. Beth was very informative and helpful and the tiny house had a lot of amenities and was super cute. My husband and I will definitely be returning!

Lakeside Living

This is well off the beaten path so if you want to get away from things (during the winter anyway) this is the place. About 5 miles from Pace Bend Park.
