Absolutely everything you need for a fun filled time on the lake. Very well stocked. Lots of toys so no one gets bored. Clean, host was great and the dogs loved it!! Would highly recommend!!

We do enjoyed grilling out, swimming, and just sitting on the dock. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We just throughly enjoyed the weekend all together! We highly recommend this property for family fun and togetherness!

We really enjoyed our stay over spring break. We especially enjoyed the dock bar/tv, kayaks, hot tub, and classic video games. The hosts have this place very thought out. Many extra amenities: gift basket, coffee bar, huge laundry room with second refrigerator, ice maker, lots of beach towels, and even some life jackets. Everything you need for a great lake stay.

A excellent place to stay! Great views, and fully stocked with everything you’d need including locally roasted coffee. The kitchen had all the appliances you could need (even a crockpot and airfryer) and the home had two large spaces to gather and be comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We rented this house for my mother's 70th birthday and it couldn't have been more perfect! The house itself is decorated so cozy and cute, and there's personalized touches everywhere. The location is awesome, and the bar on the doc was a hit! We're already planning our next stay here.

Very clean! Great dock. Beautiful views. Kayaks were fun to use. Hot Tub needed servicing while we were there. Top floor decking had some wood rot that needed to be replaced. Loved the fire pit and the grill. Video games downstairs were fun too. Well stocked overall.

Brought my family to include three grown children and their spouses, and a total of six grand kids plus my girlfriend. We had a great time. The property is just as you imagine when you first look at the photos and associated info and perhaps even better. The location relative to the Strip and grocery store is convenient, the location on the water is great as enough boat traffic to keep it interesting but did not get pounded by waves, and the amenities are all great fun for everyone. I hope and plan to return each year with my whole family, making more memories!!!

One word to describe this property is 'Wow!' We have rented many VRBOs including on the Ozark lake. This place is hands down the best. It has every amenity you could possibly need. Tons of family games and the kitchen is stocked. I spent a lot of time on the amazing dock, fishing (2 catfish and a nice large mouth) or just hanging out. Water toys are abundant for swimming/playing. Too many positives to list. A couple of negatives, the neighbor's floodlight shines in one of the upper floor bedrooms because if some missing blinds slats (just hung a beach towel) and there is a wood plank on the upper deck that needs replaced (you can see where some have already been replaced just need 1 more). That's it for negative and both are super minor. This is really a great place for a family vacation. We will be back for sure.
