Ogden Street is also part of Portland’s planned Greenway Project, which will make it even more quiet, walkable, and bike friendly while still providing easy access to SE 82nd Avenue and Woodstock Boulevard for quick connections around the city.

3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
5 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home.
8 - Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.

In the event of a cancellation, if a refund is approved, a 5.5% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment transfer costs. This fee is non-refundable, as it is automatically charged by our payment provider at the time of the original transaction. As the reservation has already been canceled and the booking dates have been lost, we are unfortunately unable to absorb these processing fees. Thank you very much for your understanding.

This coverage is included in your rental rate and fees and protects you against accidental damages during your stay.
