The space
Tucked in a peaceful South Knoxville neighborhood just across the river from UT, this is my full-time home—lived-in, eclectic, and thoughtfully furnished. You’ll find a spacious open-concept living area, two cozy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen fully stocked for real cooking. Outside, relax on the oversized front porch with views of the Maynard Glen baseball field, or unwind in the backyard by the wood firepit or at the enclosed bar area with TV.

The home comfortably sleeps four, with a king bedroom (featuring a custom airplane-wing headboard), a queen bedroom with built-in desk, and two additional lounge areas with sofas. A queen air mattress is also available upon request.

Pet Policy
I welcome one well-behaved dog (up to 60 lbs)—sorry, no cats. A crate is provided and must be used if the dog is left unattended during your stay.
Guest access
All parts inside the home are accessible EXCEPT 3 locked personal closets, office cabinets, storage sheds and crawlspace. Since this is my personal home there will be some kitchen cabinets/pantry with my food and designated open/labeled shelves for guests to use. You are welcome to use any spices, oils, flours, baking ingredients, condiments, fruits, eggs left in fridge. Please don't clean me out of the other food items ;)
