âą Luggage Storage: Free storage is available at 168 Granby Place for early arrivals and post-check-out (up to 12 hours). Extended storage incurs a fee of âŹ10 per day.

Extensions are possible but subject to availability. All extensions must be confirmed in writing. Adjusted nightly rates may apply.

âą Cleanliness: Guests must keep the apartment tidy and promptly report any damage. Excessive mess or damages may result in charges.
âą Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A âŹ200 penalty applies for violations.
âą No Parties or Events: Social gatherings are not allowed. Violations may result in eviction, a âŹ200 fine, cancellation without refund, and possible legal action.
âą Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless written approval is obtained in advance. A refundable deposit of âŹ500 and a mandatory âŹ200 cleaning fee apply.
âą We provide Baby cot free of cost
âą We provide cutlery and cooking utensils, salt, but no oils and condiments.
Maintenance & Safety
âą Reporting Issues: Guests must report maintenance concerns immediately. All reported issues are assessed and prioritized based on severity.
âą Garbage Disposal: Follow instructions posted inside the apartment regarding proper waste sorting and use of designated refuse bags.
âą Energy Conservation: Utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to conserve energy and water where possible.
Damage & Liability
âą Definition of Damage: Includes physical damage, staining, appliance misuse, unauthorized modifications, and more. Normal wear and tear excluded.
âą Liability: The booking guest is financially responsible for any damage, including loss of rental income if the unit becomes unbookable.
âą Reporting: All damagesâaccidental or otherwiseâmust be reported promptly.
âą Bedding & Mattress Policy: Any staining or soiling may result in replacement charges.
Access & Security
âą Staff Access: Authorized personnel may enter the unit for maintenance, cleaning, or inspections. Standard knock or doorbell procedures are followed.
