This charming 2 unit property has been thoughtfully upgraded with its own washer and dryer. Inside, youâll find vintage Florida character. The fenced yard makes it a breeze to bring your dogs along, and thereâs convenient parking right at the door.
Cottage offers 2 bedrooms, one full and one queen, a full size sofa bed, and 2 full baths with a full working kitchen, laundry area, sitting room and cozy living and dining area. Bungalow is adjacent sharing the same parking area and offers 2 bedrooms, one full and one queen, a full size sofa bed, a full bath and a living dining kitchen area with microwave and cooktop.
