Built in 1900, this is the first floor only of a large 8 bedroom home nestled in Savannahâs historic district, just four blocks from Forsyth Park with its fountains, shaded green spaces, and people-watching charm. Youâll also be within walking distance of unique shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Inside, modern updates blend seamlessly with timeless style. Each of the three bedrooms is a suite with its own private bath. The primary suite includes a king bed and an accessible bathroom with a ramped entrance. The additional bedrooms feature a king and a queen bed, both with en suite baths. With three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, this home comfortably accommodates six guests.
The living area offers two sleek sofas, cozy chairs, and a distinctive coffee table set, perfect for gathering with family and friends.
The chefâs kitchen features granite countertops, a central island with seating for eight, and high-end stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher.
