Kevionn, To begin, it is very sad that you would lie as you did. Everything is very specific as far as rules go. Everything is exactly as is and we put every ounce of care into that listing. We have our chat saved in which I show nothing but respect. We also had our conversation on camera which shows my leniency to you considering that our listing says: NO parties of any kind, you invited over 20 people and more continued to come after I said no more can come. You weren’t even at the listing when I had to speak to the people about smoking weed. They literally opened the door blowing smoke. Rather than kick you out, I gave you a grace period in which I said, please respect the building and do not smoke anymore, you didn’t respect that at all, and doubled down by smoking so much, the smoke alarms went off in your unit and the unit above. Police had to be called, and your company decided to disrespect them and myself even though you all broke every single rule and put yourself in that predicament. We have photos and videos of our property before (which we do for all tenants)and after to show and document any problems if any (which there have been none). Everything you stated is false and all the proof is being delivered as we speak. I hope you prove to be a better guest to future hosts.
