Ce condo magnifiquement décoré est situé au 8e étage du Summerwind West. Cette unité de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain a un lit king size dans la suite principale, un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre et des lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre. Il a également un canapé-lit dans le salon. Dort confortablement 8. Profitez de tout le confort de la maison tout en écoutant les vagues du golfe ou la vue spectaculaire sur l'eau verte émeraude immaculée et la plage de sable blanc depuis votre balcon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour votre confort et tous les draps et serviettes de bain sont fournis pour vous. Le propriétaire de cette unité a également fourni un service de plage saisonnier premium de deux chaises, un parapluie et une table pliante pour votre plaisir de mars à octobre! Amazing condo in Amazing location!!

I would 100% stay here again. Very clean, security on premises, next door to the pier and two restaurants, great view. We absolutely loved this condo and location!!

The condo was as described and more. Kitchen was fully stocked and the view was amazing. Our family had a wonderful time and we look forward to booking again!

The beach view was amazing!! It was a beautiful place!The room could have been cleaner, but it was good.There was a squeal in the bathroom that goes all the time, we think it’s the hot water heater, it was very annoying.But over all we had a great time. Communication with beach rentals could be better, no one ever text our room code or welcomed us, are asked were we gone the day we left.

Very easy in and out loved having beach chairs on the beach taken care of but vendor tried repeatedly for the table. Otherwise all was great didn’t want to leave.

Perfect Getaway!

We had the best time! This was our 5th trip to Navarre so we were just fine with spending time on the beach and going out for dinner. I must say, since this is our 50th year of beach/condo vacations, this unit was very well outfitted. Kitchen had quality cookware, table service and utensils....nothing from the dollar store or yard sales. Towels and bedding were of high end. Lovely furniture, tropical but not too much. And it included the beach chairs/umbrella combo so we didn't have to schlep a lot of things to the beach! Definitely would stay here again! Thanks owners!!

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was just as it was advertised. Some tips for the next family would be… “complementary” beach chairs still cost $10 to reserve. And you need to call ahead… they sell out in peak season. Make sure to bring your own “essentials” Such as, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, salt, pepper, etc. We have stayed and many VRBO and always had these staples in the condos there were only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and for 8 people.. not enough. Also only one trash bag for 8 people over 5 days.these were only minor inconvenience Overall great experience!

Not as good as other properties

We had roaches in the kitchen 3 different days. The kitchen pantry closet smells pretty bad. The whole condo needs a serious deep clean. Living rooms tables were dirty. The tile grout in the kitchen is almost black. We've stayed at a lot of properties in Summerwinds towers and this one wasn't even close to the others. Summerwinds as a whole is fantastic. But they have had one elevator out pretty much every visit we have made in the last 2 years so getting up and down is slow.

Thank you for your feedback. I wish you would have notified us of the cleaning and roach issues as soon as you discovered them so we could do something about it. If we don't know about it, we can't remedy the problem. We are very responsive and address any issues as soon as possible. I hope this stay does not deter you from renting from us again. Great location but issues with construction and roaches

I let the property manager know there were roaches and they sent a very nice man with a can of Raid to come spray. There were roaches every time I opened the oven (before turning it on) and the dishwasher. The last night we were there one was crawling on me in the bed. The man that came and sprayed said they were coming through the drains in the water heater closet. The management did not disclose that there would be very loud maintenance being done to keep balconies up to code and the replacing of the garbage chutes which was very loud as well. I made them aware and they only said they didn’t hear it from the office. Over all I would stay at a different property but this one was conveniently located to great restaurants. The beach service was also very nice and was included in the price. Management apologized which was kind.

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for your review. As we mentioned to you when you notified us about the roaches, we had a guest in there for 3 months and had no complaints. The unit has been treated thoroughly multiple times. The trash chute replacement was going on and that is likely what caused them to return. Our maintenance person did treat the unit again as soon as we notified him of your concern. He left the bug spray in case you saw more. It does take time for the treatment to work. The garbage chute replacement did have some occasional noise, but it was not all day everyday. Our office is located in the same building as your unit was and we were only disrupted a few times for short period of times. As far as the balcony construction, it was not in the building you were staying in, but next door. We did not know that they would be working next to your unit until after you had arrived. The association and the contractors had not been forthcoming with their plans up until recently when they received numerous complaints. There had been no issues with noise in the building you were staying in prior. As mentioned above, we are located in the same building and have not had issues with noise from inside the building prior to you arrival. I do understand that your unit is an end unit and you are more susceptible to noise. Especially after they moved to the area next to your unit. We sincerely apologize that your stay was less than stellar. We do hope you consider staying with us again as we have over 80 properties on Navarre Beach to choose from. Wonderful Beach Vacation

This was our first visit to Navarre and we loved it. The view from the balcony was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the waves. We had perfect weather other than high winds for some of our stay which caused some rattling of the balcony banisters which could be heard in the master bedroom at night. It was only noisy during the nights that we had the very high winds out of the north and it could not be heard in the other bedrooms. This condo is nicely decorated and very cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. However, I would recommend bringing a large nonstick skillet if you are not used to cooking on stainless steel frying pans. The management people were great to work with responding immediately to a couple of issues that we had. So friendly and helpful. The pools and hot tubs are very clean and we loved going in the shop on the first floor.

Beautiful views. Very nice condo.

This condo is an excellent rental for a small family group. 3 beds , 3 baths gives everyone plenty of space. We had some small issues. But overall, our stay was lovely. The unit was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. The view and location are wonderful. It is very nicely furnished and comfortable.

Navarre Beach Getaway

The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 children and were very comfortable. Access to the beautiful beach was easy, the included chair rental was nice, and there were some beach toys in the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice condo. The view was wonderful. So quiet and just what we wanted for a couple of days of R&R. Highly recommend as it was clean and had a well stocked kitchen for our cooking needs.

Great getaway

Perfect for our first family beach vacation with the kids! Short walk over the boardwalk to the beach made it easy to carry the kids and all of their beach toys. Condo was spacious and had great views!
