Bartholomew's Bullpen is a unique, spacious, luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located on the 15th floor of the center tower of the Summerwinds condominium complex. You will enjoy 1,400 square feet of stylish luxury with the best view around! Imagine sitting on your private, wrap-around balcony enjoying your evening cocktail watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico.

Steps to the beach and the gulf's longest fishing pier, you can enjoy all that Navarre Beach has to offer.

The condo has been thoroughly updated and includes new flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances and furniture. You will enjoy the luxurious, subtle coastal vibe with a nod to baseball. Our family's love of baseball inspired a dream to start our non-profit - Baseball Libre. The baseball mural in the main living is intended to spark conversations about the non-profit and bring awareness to our cause which provides equipment and resources to little leagues in Latin America - Havana being the first of many future locations. Every stay at Bartholomew's Bullpen directly funds the mission of Baseball Libre.

LIVING - You will find the pull-out queen sofa along with two sitting chairs making it comfortable for you to either enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico or a bit of TV. The custom mural completes the space. Motorized woven shades are powered by Alexa.

KITCHEN - Brand new kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances and SMEG small appliances complete this space so you can prepare those fabulous meals. A juicer, blender, coffee maker and coffee grinder along with a milk-shake maker are all included along with all the necessary pots, pans, silverware and dishes you will need! Kitchen bar can seat 4.

DINING - Dining table is custom-made in America and is located between the Kitchen and Living area. Seating for 7 comfortably, but the kitchen stools can also be gathered round.

PRIMARY BEDROOM - A kick-ass canopy, king-size bed, BOSE soundbar, ROKU TV, direct access to the balcony, large closet, and en-suite make this a space you will never want to leave. Blackout roller shades powered by Alexa will also help you sleep in on vacation if you so desire.

SECOND BEDROOM - Boasting a cozy, queen size bed with retro lamps and local decor. You will also have a flat-panel smart tv where you can login to your favorite streaming services.

KIDS BEDROOM - This bedroom has a custom-built, swanky 3-person bunk bed with outlets and USB chargers built in for all the young people's charging needs. BEDDIES are on all the bunk beds and parents (and kids) will love them! The kids will also enjoy a flat-panel smart TV.
