Cette nouvelle maison unifamiliale a été achevée en 2018. Tout est prévu pour votre escapade de luxe parfaite à Saugatuck / Douglas cet été. La maison est à moins d'un kilomètre à pied / à vélo des nombreux restaurants, bars, boutiques et activités du centre-ville de Saugatuck.

La maison comprend une cuisine de chef gastronomique avec des appareils KitchenAid haut de gamme en acier inoxydable noir, une retraite de maître avec une immense douche spa de 8 pieds, trois salles de bain complètes et quatre chambres de plus de 2900 pieds carrés. Le porche filtré avec cheminée extérieure est parfait pour une soirée relaxante western MI confortable. Il y a une salle à manger avec une table pour 8-10 personnes et de nombreux coins salons pour toute la famille ou un groupe d'amis pour passer du temps ensemble. De plus, il y a une terrasse et un barbecue pour un barbecue parfait en soirée dans le Michigan!

Amazing stay!

This is our 4th time staying at this lovely home in saugatuck. Amazing location and perfect accommodations. The house has everything you’d need and is so peaceful yet walkable to town. Loved it! Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Stay at Ridgeview Retreat

The Ridgeview Retreat in Saugatuck is a beautiful, modern, and clean home. The location is excellent (very close to downtown), and the home is well-equipped for a family vacation (fun selection of board games for kids). The kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom, in particular, are incredible. Great communication from Brian (owner) and Chadd (local property manager) throughout our stay. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay here again!

Great house

New, clean, spacious house with a very nice inside design, i.e., the living room and kitchen/dining area are diagonally across from from each other so that each area feels separate because it has 3 walls yet open because the fourth portion of each room is open to the other.

Beautiful home

Everything about this vacation was great! The home was beautiful and yet very comfortable! The outside sitting area was great except for the mosquitoes! The property manager was always available for us when we had a few question. We went there with our kids and grandkids to celebrate our 50 year anniversary such a great place to do it at! Highly recommend this place!

Great location, Beautiful Home!

We have been vacationing in Saugatuck for 11 years and this property was by far one of our favorite places. The house is beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. We were close to downtown and the beach. We will definitely come back!

This house is just perfect. It is spotless, comfortable and has absolutely everything you need. Not to mention very comfortable mattresses and bedding. My family especially loved the outdoor space nestled into the woods.

Great home in a great location.

This place was awesome. Stunning property. Owner was super easy to communicate and invested in ensuring we had a great time. The house was a 3 minute drive from both Saugatuck and Douglas. I can not recommend enough.

Great place to stay

Overall the house was well equipped with towels, paper towels, toilet paper and almost anything you can think of needed in a house. The only thing it could use would be a couple more hooks or towel racks in the downstairs bathroom.

Our stay in Saugatuck

Recommend this house and location for a great stay in Saugatuck. Conveniently located within walking distance (about a mile) to downtown and yet in a quiet residential area. Well stocked kitchen as we like to cook, and plenty of games to entertain our children and grandchildren. Loved to hand in the porch and enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

Family Week

We were all very pleased with our stay here. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. Plenty of room for 5 adults and one 7 year old. The kitchen was a dream to prepare some home meals. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area was very quiet and secluded. The hot tub was enjoyed by all.

Stunning and Convenient!

The hosts could not have been more gracious and quick to respond. The house was beautiful and convenient to downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. It had all the amenities you could want for your stay and more. The entire house was extremely comfortable. My only regret is not staying longer. Of all the homes I’ve seen and stayed at in the area, this one blows them away.

50th Birthday

Gorgeous house full of thoughtful details. I hosted 5 girlfriends for my 50th birthday and it was perfect. Everything we needed was there right where you would logically think it should be! The communication with Brian and property management was excellent. The furniture and linens were chic, cozy and comfy. Everyone who was there wants to go back!! Great house!!

Saugatuck Home

This is a very nice, extremely clean, well appointed home. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space, great sitting areas outside and inside. One downside, there is a first floor bedroom with an attached bathroom, unfortunately, this is the only bathroom on the first floor. Also, while the home is quite spacious with many windows, the sunlight is quite restricted due to the numerous trees leaving the house a bit dark. BUT overall, it is a really good home for a large family and/or group of friends. In addition, the property manager was very responsive.

Family Getaway

Overall, the property was excellent. There was one issue. The bedroom upstairs closest to the laundry room was not getting enough cold air. My daughter said that it was too warm at night and had difficulty sleeping because of it. I lowered the thermostat in the master to 65 degrees and it did not help.

Great space and location

This property was great for our group (5 adults, 2 toddlers) - very spacious, great kitchen and living spaces, very quiet street with enjoyable outdoor spaces. Additionally, it was a short, easy walk to downtown Saugatack and a 15-20 min drive to South Haven and Holland. Our family stayed for two weeks, it was great!

Excellent visit to Saugatuck

Brian’s place was amazing. Great location with plenty of space for our family. The house had everything we needed during our stay. Brian was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay there again on future visits to the area.

Lovely property close to town

Perfect place for our family to meet to spend Christmas together. Great kitchen, fabulous hot tub, and wonderful space to socialize. We also found the customer service excellent, as we had a couple requests, restaurant recommendations, etc. We highly recommend!

Amazing!

We had the best time. The house was an absolute delight, was spotless, beds super comfortable, equipped with everything we needed (and more), and was in a perfect location. We walked into town almost every day and were just minutes away from several beaches. Finally, Chad was so quick to respond and kind! Could not recommend ridgeview retreat enough!
