Cette villa offre INTERNET WIRELESSS, deux chambres, deux salles de bains, cuisine complète, salon et salle à manger sont combinées. La literie offrirait un lit queen dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'hôtes ainsi qu'un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Au large du salon est un balcon qui offre une vue de côté de l'océan vers la droite. Vous trouverez Ocean Dunes situé à l'extrémité sud de l'île, le long de South Forest Beach Drive, à une courte distance de Coligny Plaza. Ocean Dunes est une propriété en bord de mer qui est située à environ 70 mètres de l'océan. Chaque unité à Ocean Dunes dispose d’un service Internet sans fil et d’un accès à la «nouvelle» piscine en bord de mer et à l’aire de pique-nique. Les installations incluraient un accès gratuit au club des joueurs pour l'utilisation de la piscine intérieure chauffée et du centre de remise en forme. Overall good stay

Overall we had a good stay! The host was very quick to respond to any issues and fixed them. The only downside was that we found dead bugs under the couch that were then pushed out when setting up the pull out bed. I think if that hadn't been the case, it would've been a perfect stay. I hope in the future it can be cleaned more thoroughly.

July 27 - August 3

Our experience renting this until started before we even got there. I had a miscommunication with my wife about what day we were getting to Hilton Head. Adding an additional day to our stay was extremely easy and kept me in my wife’s good graces. We’ve stayed at Ocean Dunes several times and knew exactly what to expect and this time was no different. The condo was just as the pictures showed and it was clean. The process to get into the room was very easy and it was available right when they said would be.

The convenience of many shops and restaurants so close is definitely a bonus. Our rental was nice and the few issues we had were handled quickly by their onsite handyman Casey, who did a great job! The one problem we had, and many other renters seemed to have was with the internet. It was extremely slow which made working down there very difficult. Even the TV would freeze and you would miss parts of a program. We had 2 different technicians come and look at it, but it never seemed to fix much. Aside from that, the units are all very nice with a pool that is now heated.

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at various condos at Ocean Dunes over the years and always enjoy the proximity to Sea Pines, Coligny, etc. While the pool is a newer renovation to the complex, it's nothing fancy and quite small given the number of units. During the busy summer week, it felt crowded and there's not enough shade for seniors and babies. The condo is nicely decorated with coastal style. The view is nice - partial ocean view and view of the neighboring hotel pool. While the condo looked pretty, it had some issues. The main issue was the master bathroom. Upon walking in, you were greeted with multiple insect traps on the floor. Not only is that an unpleasant sight, it's also dangerous for a family with little kids. The master shower didn't drain well and my first shower was met with 6" of water at my legs that would not drain. Same with the master sink. We contacted management and they sent their handyman twice, but he could not fix the problems. They said they'd call a plumber but no one ever arrived during our stay. We ended up sharing the second bathroom with our 2 young daughters. Paid for 2 bedroom/2 bath but basically had 2 bedroom/1 bath. A little frustrating. The ceiling fans were caked with visible dust so we did not use them. Same with the baseboards. The toilets needed a good scrub under the rims...filthy with you-know-what. Patio is crowded with too much furniture and an a/c unit with a cover falling off. Unit only had 2 sharp knives...not a full set for cooking or eating. Condo also did not provide a vacuum which is needed to help get up the sand. I left another review elsewhere and never heard back from management or owner on our experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My week stay at Ocean Dunes Unit 401 was good. I have stayed with family at Ocean Dunes many years ago. I like the closeness to the beach with a casual atmosphere. The rental office right across the street is convenient and since I arrived late on Saturday, the lock box instructions emailed to me were simple. The unit had everything I needed and was clean. A couple of issues were that the keypad door would not lock from the outside upon entering the code. It made a noice like it was trying to lock, but I could not get it to lock. Also, the drain/hardware on the master bath tub was rusting and could use replacement. On the evening we arrived, the elevator was not working, so lugging everything up 4 flights of stairs was cumbersome. However, the elevator was repaired the next day so that was good. Though the Ocean Dunes facilities are older, I enjoyed my stay for the price and location. Other vacationers were friendly, and it was a relaxing week.

Wonderful location and view but not the cleanest.

The ocean view from the balcony was wonderful although you will not have access to the resort you are looking at. The rental was not the cleanest/most comfortable. The listing states access to the resort Starbucks but there is no Starbucks, the resort cabana just sells their coffee. The rental property pool was nice as it was heated.

Great Time!

my family and I stayed las week and enjoyed our time there. Please was clean and had great beach access. The picture of the pool is a little misleading as the incredible pool that the unit facers is NOT apart of this condominium and you do NOT have access to it. The pool included was nice enough but definitely a disappoint for the kids, lol. The unit has wall units and no central heating and air which maybe it said that and I missed it so make sure to keep all doors and windows closed all the time otherwise the units heats up really quickly. overall it was a cozy condo that allowed our family to have a great time together!

Great location/Beautiful views

Our first trip to HHI. Great location with wonderful views from property. Very easy check in with friendly and informative property staff. Unit was clean and cozy. We didn’t spend much time in but while we were there it met our needs and had just about everything we needed. They supplied extra towels and linens and extra pillows which came in handy! Evenings were always quiet and we enjoyed the balcony very much. Not a big deal but just a few things that might help the next renters...It’s on the 4th floor. There is an elevator. We didn’t mind this but it was a haul for my elderly parents from the parking lot when they came to visit. Remember to bring hangers and kitchen garbage bags. Nice pool area and easy beach access. The snack bar on the adjacent property was great for lunch and drinks. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Nice condo, friendly people.

The check-in/checkout process is very easy. The condo was very clean. My only recommendation would be to have 2 fry pans. Our room only had one.
