Step inside and you’ll find a warm, welcoming space with soaring ceilings and an open layout that makes it easy to connect. The living room invites you to relax by the fireplace, while the kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full family meals.

When it’s time to play, head to the garage-turned-game room, where foosball and shuffleboard set the stage for friendly competition. When it’s time to unwind, slip into the private hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire table under the stars.

Location Perks:

This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort.  However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You’ll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through TripForth's Ticket Link. **Please note some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee access to the amenities and amenity closure/availability is not a refundable cancellation reason.**

To maintain a flexible cancellation policy, reservations must be canceled on the same calendar day they are booked, and TripForth must be notified before 5:00 PM Eastern Time to receive a full refund.

Administrative fees, travel insurance, and Flexible Cancellation Fees are non-refundable once a reservation is made. Reservations canceled after the same-day cancellation period are subject to the applicable cancellation terms and will not be refunded the Administrative fees, travel insurance, and Flexible Cancellation Fees.

Mountain Setting Disclosure

This home is located in a natural mountain environment and may experience seasonal weather changes, insects, arachnids, and wildlife. Preventative treatments are performed regularly; however, occasional encounters are possible due to the home's surroundings. Guests can help minimize encounters by keeping food sealed and reducing exterior light exposure at night. Refunds or relocations are not provided for natural occurrences related to the mountain setting. Please consider this before booking.
