• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• Please report any damage right away so we can address it promptly
•Air Conditioning Use & Temperature Policy
To ensure the air conditioning system continues to run smoothly during the extreme desert heat, the thermostat must be set no lower than 72°F at any time. For optimal performance and to avoid the unit freezing, we recommend setting it at 75°F.
Please note: If the A/C system freezes due to being set too low and a technician needs to be called out during your stay, you will be responsible for the service fee.
