One car parking within property by automated gate.

NO COOKING allowed but access to poolhouse kitchenette for frig, microwave, toaster, Teakettle, Nespresso.
NO Pets ,Smoking, vaping, or children. No nonpaying outside guests allowed on property. No parties, no photoshoots
