This home is perfect for multi-generational trips, group vacations, or family gatherings, combining modern comforts, fun spaces, and a private outdoor oasis.

Services like Early check-in, Late check-out, and Early bag drop are subject to availability on our calendar.

VERY IMPORTANT- Garbage must be taken out on Tuesdays and Fridays at night (one day before collection). Bins have to be placed back behind the fence. The city will place a 200$ violation fee if left outside.

For your safety, we have a camera facing the pool and one in the driveway. No cameras are active inside the the house for your privacy.

Pets are welcome with $150 per pet fee.

Check-in is any time after 4 pm until 12am
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you

Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
