Welcome to Villa Summer Pearl: a place where everyday worries quickly fade into the distance. Covering over 2217 sqft, this stylish house combines modern amenities with the relaxed Florida lifestyle. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the villa offers generous space for up to six people and is perfect for families, friends, or couples looking for that special vacation feeling.

As soon as you enter, you will feel the bright and friendly atmosphere. The living room with its large windows opens up to the terrace and pool and invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. Adjacent to the living room is the modern kitchen, which is equipped with a fully automatic coffee machine (bean-to-cup) and all other essential appliances. Here, it is a pleasure to cook together, have breakfast, or simply enjoy the aroma of fresh coffee while the sun is already shining outside.
For music fans, we have installed a Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations from home or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The master suite with a comfortable king-size bed, private TV, and direct access to the pool area offers the utmost in comfort. The adjoining bathroom with shower and bathtub makes your stay perfect. The two other bedrooms are also stylishly furnished: one with another king-size bed, the other with a cozy queen-size bed. TVs in the guest rooms ensure relaxing evenings when everyone wants to unwind on their own.

The outdoor area is the heart of Villa Summer Pearl. The large pool is electrically heated and operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes.
The terrace faces west, making it perfect for enjoying Florida's spectacular sunsets every evening. Sit back with a drink in your hand, dangle your feet in the water, and watch the sky glow with vibrant colors. On the covered terrace, you can not only relax in the shade, but also enjoy balmy evenings under the open sky thanks to the outdoor TV.

From the dock on the canal, you can fish or simply enjoy the view of the water (your own fishing equipment required).

The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Cape Coral, allowing you to fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Florida. At the same time, restaurants, shopping, and leisure activities are just a few minutes away.

In addition to the well-equipped house, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach accessories in the garage for your excursions.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outdoors.
