There is a train track adjacent to the building, with active trains. Noise from the train is to be expected, as well as city noise from traffic. We are located in a condo building, so you may be able to hear people above you walking around at times. 1 Free dedicated parking spots. Additional guest spots available first come, first serve.

This property requires a refundable damage deposit (assuming no damage) prior to your stay. This will be collected by the host directly, separate of this platform.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a pet fee and do not allow animals to go on the furniture or beds.
