Wanderwood Retreat is located only 2 miles from Downtown Sevierville, offering the perfect blend of Smoky Mountain charm and easy accessibility to area attractions. Non-crazy roads leading up to the cabin.

Three luxury king bedrooms, a queen bunk bed, and a cozy twin bed will sleep up to 11 people. An additional queen air mattress is available as well. All bedrooms feature smart TVs and ceiling fans.



MAIN LEVEL:

- Bedroom 1: King Bed (Sleeps 2), ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower and smart TV. Plus a deck right outside the suite.



UPPER LEVEL:

- Bedroom 2: Queen Bunk Bed (Sleeps 4) and Pack N' Play, ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower and smart TV

- Bedroom 3: King Bed (Sleeps 2), ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, hair dryer, and smart TV

**The primary renter on the reservation must be 25+ years of age and present during the entire stay.



No Smoking/Vaping!

No parties!



Violation of our rules will result in immediate dismissal from the property with forfeiture of all remaining unused nights. No exceptions!



Smart TVs: The cabin is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs, so byo passwords for Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., just like at home. The cabin does not have cable.



THE SUPPLIES STARTER KIT WE PROVIDE:

KITCHEN

Our kitchen is well stocked with dining ware, cookware, and utensils. You will usually find basic spices.



For kitchen start-up supplies, we provide 1 roll of paper towels and dishwasher detergent.



COFFEE/TEA

We have a coffee bar with a regular drip-style coffee / Keurig combo. We provide a starter set of K-Cups (no ground coffee or filters-BYO). If you need/want something specific, please bring your own.



BATHROOM

Each bathroom is equipped with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, along with a face towel and 1 roll of toilet paper.



LAUNDRY

1 laundry detergent packet + Iron/Ironing Board



However, other toiletries, condiments, zip-lock bags, etc., are NOT provided



PLEASE NOTE: You may need to bring extra supplies for your trip, depending on the length of your stay/number of guests.



- This property has one exterior camera overlooking the driveway area and one exterior camera overlooking the backyard area for your safety.



* TRAVEL INSURANCE* We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance ensures you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, weather, power outages, and other issues beyond our control). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company for a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of our cancellation policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.



- HOT TUB:

Upon check-in, the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained, cleaned, and refilled after every guest. However, it will be sparkling clean! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK.



WILDLIFE

- Keep DOORS CLOSED to help prevent unwanted visitors from entering the cabin.

** BEARS: Keep in mind that there is a lot of bear activity in the area surrounding the cabin **

- Do NOT feed bears!

- Do NOT put trash outside unless in our bear-proof containers.

- CRITTERS: You will likely see and hear critters. Remember, this is a cabin close to the woods/forest. Please keep doors/windows closed as much as possible to keep them out.
