Guest Verification

To ensure safety and comply with local requirements, guests may be asked to:

• Share a valid photo ID

• Confirm contact details

• Complete a quick online verification

• 🪪 Reminder: We require a valid photo ID from all guests staying at the property.

• Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the accompanying guest who is 21+ must be the one to book the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the entire reservation.



In rare cases, a background check may be required. Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking or within 1 hour for same-day reservations.



Rental Agreement

All guests must sign a simple rental agreement before check-in, covering the terms of stay. Check-in details are provided once verification is complete.



Pets

Pets are welcome with prior notice so we can prepare. An additional cleaning fee applies per pet:

Pet Cleaning Fees (per pet):

• 1–4 nights: $35/day

• 5–29 nights: $250

• 30+ nights: $400
