My husband, mother-and-law and I traveled to Albuquerque for a family funeral. This home was the perfect place to stay--a beautiful, comfortable, home away from home in a peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend!
We were all very pleased with the home, the area and all things you would expect from a VRBO.We will definitely stay again when we visit Rio Rancho, NMOur favorite thing about our stay was how comfortable we were. It felt like a home away from home. Very clean and furnished with everything you need. Just bring your suitcase.Thank you,Cathy Klein and family
House is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet still close to everything. Bedrooms are nice size and living space is comfortable. Home is exactly as pictured with convenient amenities.
We (my parents, husband, and myself) were in town visiting my brother who lives a short distance away. This house was a great place to relax and enjoy a few days together. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet, plenty of space for everyone. It was especially nice Sunday morning to look out back and see several hot air balloons in the horizon. I would definitely book this location again!
Beautiful location and great neighborhood. Had some issues with dated cooking equipment in kitchen. Some bulbs around house burned out. Supplies rather sparse. Beds were super comfortable and appreciated. Very clean inside and outside. Back patio area has an awesome view especially at night. Very quiet
Our stay at Rio Rancho could not have been better. The house was exactly as advertised with an expansive vista right off the beautiful lanai. Got to see Balloons airborne Saturday morning with my coffee! The excellent interior decoration exemplified the southwestern culture and aesthetic. The kitchen was large and fully stocked. Thanks to the outdoor grill we were able to host our son and his family for a cookout at "our" house. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was the best I have experienced, which is super important to me.The neighborhood is very quiet and tranquil. If you have the opportunity to visit Albuquerque, you will not be disappointed to stay at Rio Rancho!
We were in town to celebrate Thanksgiving early along with Paulâs stepdadâs 95th birthday. We could see his apartment building from the large backyard which was perfect for our dogs. We all felt welcome. The house was well equipped and we relaxed and enjoyed every thing. The quiet location was what we needed for rest and sleep. Thanks!
We stayed here for Thanksgiving with another couple. The home has everything you need and is located close to walking paths, restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend it and stay here again.
This house was perfect. Perfect location. Perfect decor. Perfect views. Unbelievable sunsets. Would highly recommend to stay and will be back to stay again.
Great property and convenient to our events in town. Nice quiet cul-de-sac. However, the morning breeze coming up off the Mesa carried with it the smell from the sewer plant in the industrial park below the backyard.
The carpets are badly pet stained and need to be cleaned.
Stayed over the Christmas Holiday and very much enjoyed the view of the mountains and the city lights. The home was clean and well maintained. Plenty of coffee. Management was a pleasure to deal with. We would stay there again.
We are local residents that needed a rental while our own home was in need of a repair. The property owner was quick to respond. The place was nice with a southwest vibe. It has a great view and is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.
We came to Rio Rancho to celebrate our son, who lives there, 50th birthday. It was nice to have this home for family to come and see us. On Saturday morning we had a pot luck brunch for 9 people. Plenty of beautiful dishes for eating and cooking. The covered back patio was perfect for everyone to gather. The home is decorated very nicely, on a nice quiet street. The backyard is very nice and has a beautiful view. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for letting us stay!
Came to visit my college roommate and her family. House provided indoor and outdoor seating areas to make our time spent catching up comfortable and relaxing. Wonderful experience with the house and rental experience was exceptionally pleasant. Peaceful home in a nice neighborhood with huge backyard and vistas of the Sandia Mountains and nighttime sky. A+ experience!
This home was well stocked with bath and kitchen essentials. It was clean, organized and comfortable for our short stay before closing on our new home. Our dog was unsure of the rocky backyard but didnât take long to get used to it. We were thrilled and thankful to find a pet friendly VRBO.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and organized. It was spacious and stocked with all supplies needed for a stay away from home. It is pet friendly, so keep in mind that you will probably need to bring a lint roller to get rid of the pet hair on the furniture before you use it. Overall, we would return to stay here again.
We were relocating from WA to NM and wanted something close to the property we were buying. Not only was this place conveniently located for the move, it was ideal for everything else. There was a nearby park with paved trails to walk the dogs, a grocery store literally down the street and a quiet neighborhood to relax after a stressful day. The backyard view was an unexpected bonus. After driving 22hrs, we lost our instructions to gain entry. The host responded immediately, which defused a potentially disastrous situation between the spouse and myself. Couldn't be more grateful.
This home, location, amenities, & everything DO not compare to 3 other VRBzoâs I have rented in this same area. The host says she has 5 VRBOâs but this home felt sad & run by s newbie.
I rented it based on proximity to a family member & due to good reviews. That was a BIg mistake.
Lighting up the home, providing accurate & safe access to the home & front door, new linens (towels were bleach stained) are any experienced travel would expect. This home is lacking all of the above.
This is a nice home and it is obvious that owners try to keep it nice but irresponsible pet owners have let their pets urinate throughout the home. Jenny was quick to have the outdoor area cleaned up when I called but the overhead fans could not eliminate the odor inside. An expensive mistake that could not be corrected once I had arrived.
Spacious home. Big rooms. Amazing air conditioner in a very hot 2 weeks. Safe and secure. Parking in the garage really made life livable.at 104°.
The ensuite shower was a concern to me as it seemed to want to ricochet spray under the curtain to the floor and it became a challenge to determine what spray setting caused the least. I can be a tortured soul over things like that!
Owner was communicative, and allowed me ro extend. Never did get anything other than antennae TV, it wouldnt let me sign into my accounts. She offered to assist at some time but I chose not to take her time. I am sure others may be better at streaming while traveling than I am!. I recommend spending an evening at.the lookout down the stree from the house in the evening and at sunrise. It is a nice walkabout place for the community also. Convenient to stores and restaurants. I highly recommend Whiptail.
This is my 3rd vacation home and they get better all the time. You will totally enjoy the private and safe setting of this cozy established neighborhood. And you can't beat the views of the sunsets. I've updated the home to have all modern conveniences with a very southwest flare
