Experience Brunswick like a local in this marvelous 2-bedroom Coastal Cottage. This property is an 1,100 sq. ft. quaint older home with 2 large bedrooms with real closets. The home features 1 bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. The interior has been fully updated with a modern aesthetic, while the exterior is a work in progress, but certainly respectable. The neighborhood is friendly, safe, and features a park within 1000 feet. There’s a rear deck, a fenced in back yard and a full kitchen with smart appliances!!! The Laundry room is inside the home. The Beach is 7 miles away. There is a McDonald’s within walking distance and a grocery store around the corner! This property is less than a mile from Marsh Side Grill! The property features smart internet connected televisions in every room, Smart appliances in the kitchen and A smart thermostat controls the central HVAC. The property sleeps 6 people comfortably, so we typically limit our overnight guests to 6 maximum. Between the kitchen’s peninsula and the dining table, 8 people could sit and enjoy a nice home cooked meal. The microwave also doubles as an air fryer so please be aware of the settings (the manual is available). We’ve tried to provide as many accommodations as one could think of in our cozy cottage, and we hope you will take some time to relax, enjoy, and appreciate our efforts! The home features exterior cameras only to keep a watchful eye when you’re away visiting the islands or hanging out down town (we are less than 2 miles from downtown and Mary Ross). The internet and alarm system are on a 1200 WH back up generator (APS system) that will provide a few extra hours of power to those two components in the event the power goes out.
