The Space:

This absolutely adorable 2 bed 1 bath is brand new to the vacation rental market. The home is centrally located in Brunswick and a less than 20 minute drive to the beaches of St. Simons and Jekyll Island. It's a 5 minute drive to the College of Coastal Georgia and the hospital and it's just 10 minutes to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and downtown Brunswick.



Recently renovated, the home boasts beautiful and comfortable "French Country" decor. Each bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed and smart TV for streaming your favorite programs. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and two vanity sinks for your use. The backyard is fully fenced in and includes a covered patio with a table for outside dining. Your furry friends are welcome at this home as well!



We can accommodate both short term and longer stays. There is a pull-out Queen sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 extra guests.



Please note there is a train track nearby the home. While it's not extremely active, there is the opportunity to hear a train come through periodically. We do provide sound machines in each bedroom in case you are a light sleeper.

Please note the below important details:



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Guest Access:

The home is easily accessible via a smart lock on the front door.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
