This waterfront, fun, amenity filled, end of the road home is the perfect place for your getaway! With amenities such as kayaks, ping pong, brand new pool, tiki bar, axe throwing, mini golf, firepit, badminton court, fishing, gameroom, and large HD tvs throughout the house, you'll never want to leave to explore all Tampa has to offer! 7 minutes from TPA, 15 minutes from downtown, and 30 minutes from clearwater beach, if you do decide to leave, there's so much to see and do!

The Space:
This property boasts 5 rooms, 5.5 baths with 10 beds. We are at the end of the street and so it's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There are essentially two different yards, a waterfront deck, and plenty of comfortable sleeping space. Perfect for the whole family or a large group.

There are 3 sleeping areas. All beds have memory foam mattresses for maximum comfort. The house consists of a main house with kitchen, living room, master bedroom, guest bedroom. An in law suite with TV room and queen bunk bed. And detached gameroom.

Master bedroom- king size bed, 55 inch 4k TV, pack and play, walk in closet, and a fully decked out master bath with his & her sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and his & her showers with above head shower head
Bedroom 2- two queens, 55 inch 4k smart TV, pack and play, walk in closet, and bathroom.
Bedroom 3- Bunk bed queen bed (perfect for kids), two bathrooms, and attached TV room with 65 inch 4k smart TV, and dedicated workspace. There is also a mini fridge and microwave in TV room with a full size Zonli ground futon bed.

Every space is available except for the outdoor shed and one closet in the master bedroom.

Other Things to Note:
There is creek access but it's currently partially blocked by a tree that fell over in the hurricanes. Branches have been cut, but the tree cannot be moved because it's still alive. There is NO SWIMMING in the creek.
