We are available to our guest, but allow them to choose how they wish to interact.

The property is close to multiple highways which provides quick access to various parts of the bay area, including 880, 680, 280, and 87

Also the home is on a busy street, so some traffic noise is expected if windows are open. Like many major cities, San Jose has a visible homeless population, but the neighborhood is safe, well-lit, and welcoming to visitors.
All adult guests must be registered.

No SMOKING of any kind in the house.

Please do not have your personal mail sent to our home address.

Please do not put food, coffee grounds, or grease down the sink/garbage disposal.

Please do not place knives from the knife block in the dishwasher

Absolutely no parties or underage drinking. Guest will automatically be charged $500 fee for violating this policy.
