We share 2.5 bathrooms, formal dining room, giant kitchen, washer and 2 dryers, private back yard, downstairs A/C, internet, One street parking passes for the neighborhood per guest, 3120 sq ft. fully decorated and landscaped. 2 Blocks away from Willamette Campus. We have 2 living rooms with large TV's great space to spread out. A private back yard with seating and a fire pit.
.5 miles from Downtown Riverfront Park events. 4 blocks to hospital and 1.5 miles to Oregon State Hospital.
Guests are allowed until 9 P.M. No guest sleep overs.
Quiet Hours from 10 P.M. till 7 A.M.
No smoking or vaping.
