Welcome to your home away from home in East Mesa. This peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bath second-floor condo is located in the gated, safe, and quiet Coyote Landing community. Thoughtfully furnished and designed for comfort, itâs a relaxing and convenient place to stayâwhether youâre here for a weekend visit, work trip, or extended getaway.
Inside, youâll find an open living area with comfortable seating and a smart TV for streaming. The well-stocked kitchen has everything needed for preparing mealsâcookware, utensils, full-size appliances, and plenty of storage. The dining area provides space to gather for meals or games, and the private balcony is ideal for morning coffee or winding down at sunset.
All three bedrooms include soft bedding, blackout curtains, and sound machines for restful sleep. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with an ensuite bath, and the second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. Ceiling fans in every room help keep the space cool and comfortable, and a full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo.
Coyote Landing is a quiet, well-maintained community with shared amenities that include two heated pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, clubhouse, playground, and BBQ area. The grounds are clean and open, providing a calm environment for everyday routines or extended stays.
Located in East Mesa near the Highway 60 and 202 Loop, this condo provides easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops.
