It is all about location. This entirely new renovated home is perfect for fishermen, vacationers and traveling business men and women. Most anything you could need is provided from linins, pillows and towels to cooking ware, gas grill, charcoal grill and fire pit. In addition, all new appliances, washer and dryer, AC and more are brand new. With all ceramic tile flooring, a fenced in back yard and screened front and back porches you are certain to be bug free and comfortable day and night. There is a fish cleaning station with a hose and stainless table in the back yard. There is an empty lot to use for over parking and trainers if needed. There are two functional and in good shape bicycles for use. You can walk to Three Sisters springs in under 10 min. The grocery store is one block away. There are four boat ramps within 4 boar ramps within 5 minutes of the house and two more within 12 min of the house. Downtown is a short bike ride. No ANIMALS and we are super proud of our cleaning service.

I am a proud Father of twin boys born in â98. I am a 25 Ton Master Captain, 107 FAA Pilot and an avid fishermen. Have been in love with my sweetheart since 2020 and I am naturally high on life. University of Florida undergraduate and post graduate. Been an industry professional for 26 years now and with my current company for 12 years in the Entomology field.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
I chose this neighborhood because it is within eye sight of the waters of King Bay on Crystal River. It is a 5 min walk to Three Sisters Springs. It is across the street from the Plantation Inn Resort and Golf club. It is one block from the grocery store, restaurants and much more. There are 8 biking trail heads within 20 min of the house. It is a straight shot to the Tampa Airport with no lights or stops. The cave diving and fishing are phenomenal. This is still very much the nature coast and far from contested or over crowded.

The house is as cute as it gets. All ceramic floors with shiplap walls giving it a real beach feeling. The front and back porches are screened in and the front porch is an excellent place to watch the sunset⊠BugFree. All appliances, furniture and beds are brand new including the stove, dishwasher and washer and dryer. This house is 100% fully stocked with nearly anything a person could need including detergents, softeners, coffee, dishes, spices and more
