Nice clean beautiful outside scenery quiet off the beaten path which we loved. And we loved the grill that's out back. And you couldn't ask for a cleaner and tidier place to stay in we loved it get a chance we'll be back

The place was perfect off the highway very quiet surrounded by the woods and Mother Nature just peacefull and very clean and fresh inside and the host could not have been better thank you Don and Jakey

Great place to stay

We came to swim with the manatees and found this little gem very close to where our excursions. It was clean, we were very comfortable, and it felt like we were in our little secret spot. Great spot place to stay if you want to visit crystal river.

We had a good stay. It was a small place but very clean and everything worked. It’s pretty secluded by woods, but that’s kind of nice. We saw a mama turkey and her baby in the backyard while we were having dinner. The road on the way in was full of pot holes and needs work. It was easy to find and close to local amenities. The host was very communicative. I would stay again.

Quiet, clean, comfortable stay.

Great location for kayaking activities. Plenty space for a couple. Owner lives on site so very available, but also allowed us our privacy. Well equipped kitchen, coffee & snacks much appreciated. Don’t let the rough road driving in scare you, nice quiet place in decent neighborhood

What lovely secluded little apartment. Everything was fantastic. Clean ,snacks, fully stocked kitchen,comfy. They even had a electric fireplace.

Immaculate get away gem!

This place was a find! The cleanest place I have ever seen, lovely touches that made us feel welcome, great value. Off the beaten path but deceptively close to restaurants and stores. We were relaxing with our FL daughter and her dog, worked great for us.

The property is very clean and it was quiet and peaceful. Seems like it is way off the beat and path but in fact is only about 3/4’s of a mile to main roads and restaurants, etc. Nice little backyard. Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay near Kings Bay

We choose that property for it's size and location to the activities we were in town for. Swimming with the manitees. It was a great place. Very clean. Perfect size for a family of 4. It was just around the block from the grocery store. We couldn't have been happier.

Highly recommend this place. It's huge and it's got a nice big kitchen. It had all the amenities you could think of - dishwasher, towels, roku, bug spray, tissues, etc. Parking is very easy and right outside. Most of all, it's very clean! It's close to several grocery stores and many of the manatee snorkeling centers in Crystal River. I'm very glad I chose this place.

Very private and secluded. Very nice duplex.

I was in town for Scalloping. Don's place is roomy, clean, and modern. Comfortable bed, good hot water and water pressure. Everything worked as promised. While you are only about 1 1/2 miles off of Hwy 19, you'll feel like you're 20. Very rural and pleasant. TV is Roku, not conventional live cable. Would certainly stay again. Good value.

Relaxing time

We enjoyed our stay, property is very secluded , which in one way was great , but I run and did not feel very safe in the area. The only other issue we had was the streaming service, we do not do any streaming at home, so we were very limited in what was available.

Trip to the springs

We did not spend much time at the property - there was just too much to do in the area. We wished we did though. It is a very secluded place just 2 minutes from civilization. It is a duplex - one is listed on VRBO and the other on a well known competitor's website - a larger group could arrange to book both at the same time. The property was very clean and we had everything we needed. We are planning our next trip.
