The spacious back porch is the perfect place to relax and gather. Enjoy outdoor dining, fire up the gas grill with a full grilling set, or unwind in the beautiful lounge area in front of the outdoor fireplace with mounted TV — ideal for watching movies or catching the big game.

Step onto the amenities deck along the side of the house, designed for both relaxation and fun. Here you’ll find plenty of seating, giant Jenga and Connect 5, plus wellness and entertainment features including a 6-person hot tub, barrel sauna, and private putting green. Fire Pit Area
Cross the charming walking bridge to enter the serene firepit space, designed for relaxation and connection. Gather around the large firepit with seating for 8, perfect for roasting marshmallows or enjoying conversations under the stars. On each side of the firepit, you’ll also find two wooden double-seat swings — a cozy spot to sway and soak in the mountain atmosphere.

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

To maintain secure premises, our cabin is equipped with 2 security cameras that actively record audio and video. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior (one is at the main entrance front door and the other overlooks and faces the driveway). There are no interior cameras. Please do not touch or tamper with the cameras, if cameras are tampered with you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

What We Provide

To make your stay comfortable, we provide:

Household Starter Supplies:
- Toilet paper & a few garbage bags
- 2 rolls of paper towels
- Starter dishwasher pods
- Starter coffee pods, sugar, stevia, honey, creamer, and regular coffee

Please note that household items are provided in starter quantities, and guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. The kitchen is not stocked with items like foil or plastic wrap, but it is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, olive oil, vinegar, and a selection of basic cooking spices for your convenience.

This home is professionally cleaned with each stay and all home effects/damages are noted before new guest arrivals. Guest should take note of any obvious damages upon check-in and notify hosts immediately. Should guests not notify hosts, hosts will assume damages are due to guest occupying property or will be noted upon check out and damage requests will be sent accordingly.

Our cabin is nestled in the woods, which means you may see or hear critters such as insects, squirrels, birds, and other wildlife during your stay. We use professional pest control services regularly to minimize bugs inside the home and on the outdoor decks, but please understand that some encounters are unavoidable in a forest setting.

Absolutely no fires outside of the designated outdoor firepit! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $500 plus damages.

Please Note: We are not responsible for any storms, natural disasters, weather-related events, or utility outages that may impact your stay. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Additional Rules

By confirming this booking, you agree to adhere to the rental rules set forth in this listing and document. Exchange of money automatically constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein.

Not pets of any kind allowed, A $500 fee will be charged if we catch you bringing an unauthorized pet to the property and you will be asked to leave.

Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed, $500 smoking fee will be charged if we find evidence of this activity

Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted; $500 smoking fee will be charged if we find evidence of this activity

If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged the designated per person per night fee

Please use designated black makeup towels to remove makeup / dry face after removing makeup

This unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Use of the surrounding community areas including any sort of swimming or water facility (if applicable) is the sole risk or the renter, guest, and their guests.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted, and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed.

Hot Tub: [No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision]. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. [DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement.] Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. Be careful on the steps. Hot tub steps are prone to wobble and get slippery.

Sauna: [No children under the age of 18 permitted in the sauna at any time without adult supervision]. When using the sauna remember there are there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers clean and sanitize the sauna prior to your arrival. Please abide by the recommended guidelines outlined in the sauna.

Septic: The cabin is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If found that any other items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1,000 or necessary amt to cover repairs.

Kitchen Sink: Absolutely No Grease in the Kitchen Sink. The sink does not have a disposal so please dispose of food and waste and the trash can as this could not be put down into the sink. Damage to the sink could result in a clog and damages that you may be liable for.

Damages/Fees: Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, hot tub, sauna, putting green, firepit, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival / after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. Additional cleaning fees apply for decorations not clean up or extra dirtiness.
