Cannot say an enough great things about this place! Located back in the woods, it was super private and quiet. It was also very clean and smelled fresh! Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. Lots of towels and linens and plenty of plug-ins in the bedrooms. The hosts were super communicative and made sure we checked in okay. Exceptional Stay in a Prime Location

This property is exceptional—clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. The setting is both private and conveniently central to wineries and shopping. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful Home/Fantastic Location

Property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Bed was extremely pleasant, house was in a fantastic location in between downtown and the wineries, host gave us great recommendations on places to go/things to do. We’ll stay here again, no doubt about it. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Mountain Time

If ever in Ellijay, this is a great place to stay. Clean and close to lots of attractions. Quiet neighborhood and the owners are easy to work with.

Hello! We are Justin and Jenny Franchi of Indian Land, SC! We are thrilled to be able to share with you our beautiful home in Ellijay, GA that we called Ivy's Woodland Retreat. We are confident you will fall in love with this gorgeous, peaceful, and centrally located home minutes from downtown Ellijay!

Just a little bit about us... we've been happily married for almost 10 years. Justin is a pilot and Jenny is an Associate Director of Marketing at a financial services firm. Together, we have 2 boys and 2 girls and a sweet Bernedoodle, named Bernie. We love to travel and love the mountains!
